Title: I TRUST ONLY JAPANESE SOY SAUCE (SHOYU) FOR PURITY!
Review: I don’t have a lot of room in my bedroom as I’m mostly bedridden. I keep several condiments in small, tippable containers at one side of my hospital bed near the foot for use with meals. Instead of salt on my beef steak or pork chop, I prefer a dash of shoyu as it’s flavor enhances the meat. I also cook all meats with Japanese sesame oil! I like the intense flavor it imparts also.There are cheaper non-Japanese shoyu and sesame oil at Costco, but they’re Chinese and have a lot of sediments and aren’t as flavorful. Something that creates so much flavor and joy can be afforded and the Japanese are fanatical about authentic, pure cooking ingredients.
