Title: Very light and easy to use one-sided wireless headset.
Review: It’s so light, convenient to carry and enough power to last my entire shift. I bought this for my job as PS UC Engineer for a Cloud Based Telecommunications provider. Battery is only good for 4 hours, but you can charge on the case in between calls.

Review: This headset is junk. Bought at end of February. It wouldn’t charge. I thought I will give it time. Nope now too late to return. So mad at myself for not returning same day I received it.

Title: Terrific head set for work
Review: I have been using this ear piece for many years. I’m on my third one so far. I think it fits great in my ear, has really good sound but it does seem to be a little fragile. The rubber bridge along the top does over time begin to tear and once that happens it does not fit very well. I can’t function without it.

Title: Best Ear Piece Ever
Review: I have used so many different ear pieces for my phone. None of them have been as good as Plantronics. I have used their products for over 10 years now. The earpiece has a travel case, which is chargeable. That is nice if I don’t have a charging cord with me. It also keeps the earpiece safe. I can track the earpiece with my phone if I misplace it. It has different size ear inserts so it fits perfectly. I have gifted my sister and a friend this product and they don’t leave home without it. It is also private. Cell phones are loud and most people can normally hear the conversations. With this earpiece that will never happen. Love this product!

Title: Could be better
Review: It’s 2024 and this company sells a great product but it should get an update to usb-c. Other than that it does what I need it to. Works great with teams and phone calls. Noise cancellation keeps calls clear in loud server rooms. USB Micro is saving them a few dollars per unit and eventually it will be the reason you need to buy a replacement, maybe from a competitor. The battery case should have more capacity but it’s sufficient as it needs to be charged every day. Battery lasts 6 hours on earpiece fully charged. Bluetooth works up to about 25 feet. Fit is sufficient with 3 sizes for ear canal.Corporate greed or short sightedness kept this from getting 5 stars.

Title: It just works!
Review: I work in the HVAC field and am in noisy areas all the time, this earpiece takes it all in stride and filters out the background noise with ease. The battery life is excellent, I can use it all day without worrying about it going dead. I have the accessory charging case which makes it last even longer when overtime is necessary. I tried lots of earpieces before finding this one, I’ll never go back.

Review: If you are sceptical of a mono headset working well to filter out ann energetic and raucous open office environment, then I can assure you that this powerful POLY mono headset is better than most of the dual headset systems available.I really wanted a headset that not only filtered out the background noise (whilst I am on a call or a Teams screen meeting), but one that I could easily monitor my own voice to ensure that I wasn’t contributing to a noisy office environment.It fits snuggly on my ear, even wearing glasses and it doesn’t posture much at all. In fact, I swap it to my outer ear depending on where I sit, so that my colleagues can see that I am “busy” and they don’t interrupt.The Bluetooth connection is easily set up and wireless connection enables me to walk around if I am on a longer call/video link.Feedback from my colleagues has been stellar. They say that my voice is clear, background sounds are very minimal and a number of colleagues have already purchased the same Poly.I highly recommend this product.

Good range too, especially useful if you need to walk away from your laptop without dropping from your call. Charging case very handy too. Had an older version of this previously for years but this one is much better. Thoroughly recommend
