Title: Great product with no issues installing.
Review: This was my first time ordering toner other than from HP. I will admit I was hesitant at firs, but no need to be. Do yourself a favor by ordering this toner and saving money. Both colored ink and black ink look excellent. The cartridges also came with the chip that is readable by the printer and lets you know how much ink remaining. All in all i was very satisfied with purchase and will continue to order from here for our business needs.

Title: Good Quality Toner
Review: After searching for a less expensive alternative than the eye popping prices of official Xerox toners, I finally settled on this toner. I see no difference in quality between this and the “official” toner. Even if there were a difference, the copies are generally going to me and my own files, so i don’t need much. I like this and liked that I saved over $100. But why in the world is toner so expensive?

Title: Great product at a great price!
Review: I purchased the Toner Cartridge TN433 for my Brother Laser Printer. I usually by from Brother but each cartridge was really expensive. I decided to give this company a try. I got all the colors for the same price that Brother charged for one. These work just like the original for far less cost. I am sold now and in the future.

Title: Very poor product.
Review: Don’t waste your $$ on this. I ordered all 4 cartridges and installed them in my machine. All worked except Magenta. Of course, if one doesn’t work, none of them work. I ended up paying full price at Office Max, but at least I could print. Very poor product and a waste of money.

Title: Printer accepts without issue
Review: Three of the toners fit correctly, were accepted by the printer, and came online without a hastle. Print quality seems indistinguishable from OEM. The fourth (yellow) toner was not accepted, but was replaced promptly and the replacement worked immediately. The company was quickly responsive and friendly when contacted by email. I expect to order from them again.

Title: They work, but the printer complains about having used cartridges
Review: I had some minor issues when installing the cartridges. When I shook the cyan cartridge per the instructions, it spilled some toner, so I looked like an Umpa-Loompa. The other 3 cartridges did not spill. The instructions also said to remove the sealing tape from the cartridge, I could not find any sealing tape to remove on any of the cartridges. The printer works and the output looks good. The printer does complain that used printer cartridges are loaded.
