Review: Don’t know if I am more angry at Amazon or the manufacturer, probably both. Received the product today. Opened it just like I have done on other ink cartridges in the past. The magenta, yellow and blue went fine. When I pulled the tab to open the black cartridge, it spewed black ink all over my hands, my new sketcher shoes, my shorts and my tile floor. See pics.Amazon refunded price for cartridges. When I asked what about my shoes, shorts and tile floor, the supervisor Ankosh offered $10 for the “trouble”. I explained I had just spent $105.00 on my new sketchers, bought my shorts for around $35.00 and what about the ink on my hands and tile flooring that is not coming off. Amazon replied that $10 for the inconvenience was all that they could offer. When asked if I could talk with someone within the Amazon organization, he told me “NO!”So now I have ink on my hands and clothes and floor, and Amazon washes it’s hand from the situation by offering $10.00 for the inconvenience. REALLY???????I have been a prime member for a long time, I would expect they would own up to this problem on the product they sold me.For sure, do not order any cartridges from Onorigi….. unless you like black accents on your hands and clothing…..Really. really disappointing.
