Title: Great deal for the right gear
Review: Badger came in a box inside another box. Package was whole with no obvious damage to the exterior or interior box. I only need the weed whacker right now, so I assembled that bit first. It went together fairy easy with the provided tools. Added some fuel, primed the engine, and it started on the first try. Let the engine warm up for a few seconds then went to town on the overgrown weeds in my yard. Weed whacker worked without any issue. I want to saw that this is slightly more powerful than the older one I had, head torqued a bit on full throttle. I went through the yard hover the trigger between half way and full. Glad I replaced the old unit. Hedge trimmer will be used in fall, so no review on that attachment. Chainsaw is not needed, but figure i would get the kit with it over the kit with the edger.

Title: Great product, excellent durability.
Review: I’ve had this tool for over four years. I used the pole saw a ton until I bought a small Husqvarna chainsaw and it cut through most branches under 4″. I thought the unit was too heavy when I first started using it but I think I’ve gotten used to it and it’s quite light for a 5’4″ woman. I can do hedges, trim bushes, edge on less than a tank of gas.I’ve never had to tear it apart, clean the carb or oil it yet. I only put premixed two stroke in it and it starts up every year without issues.I did replace the weed eater head with a speed feed and bought other attachments like a brusheater. Ive had nothing but problems with speed feeders to be honest, but thats not the manufacturer’s issue but mine. I recommend you buy the edger attachment with this if you can.No regrets.

Title: Terrible product. Terrible service. Do not buy.
Review: Customer service is horrible and they are almost refusing to honor the warrantyI ordered this weedeater and after two uses it stopped working. The engine would not start. I wrote to customer service wanting a replacement engine since the weedeater was basically brand new. The response I got by email was “ Hello, Send us your address and we will send you an ignition coil for the string trimmer.”They expected me to change the part myself. This upset me, but fortunately I am mildly handy. I replaced the ignition coil and the engine wouldn’t start. I changed the spark plug as well. Still nothing. I wrote back to customer service stating everything that had transpired and once again requested a new engine.After a week I got no response, so I wrote them again.Their response:“ Hello, To receive a warranty replacement full engine replacement you will need follow this procedure.If the tool needs repair parts and they are not normal wear items, we will ship these non-ware items to you or the repair shop for free. If the small engine repair shop can document that the engine is defective in any way, and cannot be repaired, then we would support the warranty and ship a replacement tool. We would need that diagnosis in writing from the repair shop location. If the small engine location needs (normal wear parts) to replace or tune the engine, this would normally be the customer’s responsibility. See the website for replacements parts for your tool.”It appears that I have to pay for a repair shop to prove that my engine is broken.Upon receiving this email I asked to speak on the phone with a customer service rep.The response was quite literally “hello, what can we help you with.”

Title: Heavy and powerful.
Review: I would have given it a 5 but its HEAVY. I needed a powerful weed wacker with a ninja star…My husband chose this one for me. Yes I am old (72) and Yes its for me…..And its powerful! I haven’t used all the attachments yet, but I am planning to! Starts easily. The only issue was a missing screw for the cover plate……so far it hasn’t flown off! LOL

Review: I bought this because it has a hedge trimmer. This one I DID buy. I was fully sick of trimming bushes with a hand powered clipper. I’m 73, and I decided I need something powered to ease and speed my trimming chores.From the price I thought it would be kind of flimsy. When it arrived I discovered that was quite well made! It comes disassembled, but everything you’ll need was in the package. I was assembling when my 18 year old son found it and joyfully tackled assembling it and trying all of the attachments. No, it isn’t hard to assemble. Not at all.It is far more than just a hedge trimmer, rather a good surprise! Here’s what you get: a weed eater, the hedge trimmer, a chain saw attachment for trimming limbs and a brush cutter. Lucky for me, it has a harness to ease the task of carrying it around!It is gas powered. No tiresome electrical cords to worry about. It is very well made and hefty – not the cheap piece of junk the price led me to believe. While I’ve used the chainsaw attachment and the weed eater, my greatest joy was the hedge trimmer. I accomplished in one hour all of the work it would have taken me days to accomplish with my hand hedge trimmer. What a joy! i even went on to trim dead tree limbs with the chain saw attachment. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it worked.I’ve found this to be a valuable addition to my collection of tools. I heartily recommend it to you!

Review: Love its wild badger . Hedge trimmer cuts 3/4 inch branches no problem. The trimmer is awesome too its a speed winder . Polesaw looks good . Have not tried it . Hard to get parts. I wore the upper shaft out. And they don’t offer it on the website. I had this trimmer for over a year I put on roughly 6 hours A-day whole time using this and the engine rums liking new . has lots of power..

Review: This 26cc is powerful enough to handle a variety of backyard trimming. Great machine, used all the attachments in first week and worked like a charm. The engine started right away using 50:1 high octane fuel/oil blend (I would recommend.) There was only one issue when installing the handle, one of the bolts broke through he plastic but contacted customer support and they are sending me a new handle. Still worthy of 5 stars No need to pay hundreds more! Great value for the price.
