Title: Fine for small room. Scheduling and app are a plus
Review: Works fine, but I wanted to first note that I received a used product.Unless you’re installing it at the top of your wall, or using a fan, or a ceiling fan pulling air upwards, it does not distribute through the air as well as I’d have hoped for this price.The scent is pleasant enough but I’ll definitely be buying some other ones. I appreciate the fact that you can use undiluted oil vs other products where you have to mix it with water, further reducing the scent.I plugged it in and the time was already set correctly. The settings on the device itself are complicated, but the app is much easier.Dimensions are in the description so this wasn’t a surprise, but it’s pretty big, although that’s a fair tradeoff for having a large bottle inside so that you don’t have to refill it as often.The plug on the back is adjustable between vertical and horizontal. However, don’t confuse this with the ability to hang it vertically or horizontally – it’s just in case your outlet is one way or the other, and IMO, a thoughtful option.In a nutshell, it’s big, it works, but does not distribute well. Overall, I would not recommend the diffuser for this price. 3/5 stars.

Title: It works
Review: Not a huge fan of needing an app to change settings. The scheduling works well enough. The provided oil smells great but not enough to fill the reservoir. It would be nice if a full bottle was included. It does work though so I guess it’s just a little rough around the edges but overall it’s a good product.

Title: Easy setup but much larger than the picture lets on
Review: There are only 2 negatives, it’s a very large device, and it’s expensive. It’s about the size of a 20oz soda bottle and hangs down under the outlet. It’s large enough that it blocks the other outlet as well, so you’re going to lose an entire wall receptacle to it. And for the price you could get a normal plugin diffuser and several bottles of scent.What makes it a 4 star product though is that in spite of the price, it should be cheaper to operate than any of the plugin diffusers because you can use your own essential oil, and you can cut it with mineral oil to adjust it’s intensity. The internal bottle is quite large and holds several ounces, so you could use a very diluted scent oil that would last a long time.It also does not diffuse oil like the plugin in kind. Instead it kind of runs a fan that pushes heated mist out into the room, resulting in an immediate and intense blast of scent. It’s closer to a spray bottle of scent than a plug in warmer.I did not bother trying to program it from the tiny buttons and screen. Instead I installed the application on my Iphone, it found and paired with it easily and I did not need to make an account. It came with a schedule pre-built that dispenses 10 seconds of scent every 2 minutes. That was a LOT of scent though so I set up my own that dispenses 10s of scent every 600s. The app also allows you to set time of day that it will do this, so you’re not getting scent bombed in your sleep.It came with 50ml of a white tea oil which smells very soft and pleasant. That is what i have it loaded up with at the moment. It continues to dispense on schedule even if the app isn’t running.

Title: ZERO stars! Six pages of agreement “terms”…for a diffuser…
Review: I purchased this Hijoc brand,Smart Waterless Plug-in Diffuser – Bluetooth App Control for Home, Office & Spa – Covers 500 Sq. Ft – Ultra-Quiet Operation with 50ml Essential Oil – Aromatherapy Diffuser (White).A thousand times no.Besides the huge footprint of this diffuser, the app, instructions, buttons, and overall operation is a functional fail.This will make one standard power outlet unusable for any other items. Its so large, and tall past the plug in, that it covers most other outlets.Trying to download the app was a night-mare. Initially scanning the QR code took my to an actual web page that said it was an unapproved site (or similar). I had to go to the plastered directly and search for the app.I refused to register my email or phone number in order to use this diffuser. So I attempted the Bluetooth connection. It failed. I could not get this operational.As I was navigating the “help” area on their app, I came across MULTIPLE PAGES of what basically seems like a disclaimer and terms of use. Pages. So I included images of what it says on my review. Ch-ina.It’s an absolute NO. Resounding no from me. I regret getting this. Zero stars.

Title: Could be better. A pain to set up using the buttons on the unit.
Review: The unit is kind of large, and is complicated to set up using the buttons on the unit. It is much easier to configure using the phone app. The diffuser seems to set the time itself, don’t know how it does, but it got the time correct. Included were a small black cap with tiny holes in it that needed to be put on the end of the tube and I’m uncertain what one of the other small plastic parts is. I didn’t see anywhere that talks about it, including in the paper manual. The unit beeps loudly when configuring and when the set timer turns it on/off, and you can hear it if you’re close enough when it starts to produce mist. I used some frankincense that I got at the same time and the scent output is pretty weak. I haven’t tried the included bottle of oil that is included since I used the other oil and though a little bit seems to last a really long time. I will try the included oil when this one is done, the whole package smelled strongly like that scent when opening the box.
