Title: Seller is sending replacement for defective unit, good customer service!
Review: Was contacted multiple times by the seller to get me a refund or a replacement controller, very solid customer service so far. My issues were most likely caused by a defective unit, so I’m hoping a new one will be problem free and last me for a while.OLD REVIEW:Now I understand that you get what you pay for and this is obviously not Nintendo OEM quality stuff, but I still expected it to last me at least a year or so. I got this to play through Twilight Princess HD on my Wii U. On the positive side everything worked well the first week or two, a little bit stiff as 3rd party controllers typically are but not too bad. Negatives were the battery life was a bit short and they are using a MINI usb plug / cable for charging in the year 2020… I could deal with that but then it started having massive input lag issues. That’s NOT okay. We are talking a solid second or more of delay, which in video games is a huge deal. So now I’m walking off cliffs, getting beaten down by enemies while I run in circles, etc. With the lag the controller is unusable; it completely ruins gameplay. Would frankly expect any controller to last longer. It has received no abuse (no kids in the house) and was fully charged when the issues were occurring.

Title: Excellent controller don’t worry about oem
Review: I’m a perfectionist. I typically buy only oem genuine products, controllers, chargers, etc. This aftermarket controller was a great alternative. There is no way I’m going to spend double or triple the price to get a genuine Nintendo controller. This looks great and feels great too. The only thing about it that seems “aftermarket” is the light feel. Overall I got over that because it’s a great controller. It took a little extra time to get my Wii U to recognize it but once it did it’s never been a problem in 4 months of use. I play Zelda breath of the wild and it works great. I notice is that the bow and arrow a little sensitive. I have no idea if this is normal since I’ve never used oem to be fair. Buy this controller and don’t waste money on an overpriced oem.

Title: It Loses the Connection to the Wii U console if idle for a minute or two
Review: Overall this is a nice wireless controller. It seems to be well made. If your hand size is normal or on the small size you won’t have any trouble. It fits nicely in your hands. The only problems I have with it is that sometimes a Function Key doesn’t seem to work the first time it is pressed so I just press it again and its fine. The Controller sticks do not seem responsive enough to me. I can’t position the cross hairs of a bow to hit any eyeball of a monster but that could be due to my lack of experience. It loses the connection to the console if I just sit there for a minute. There again the problem is not necessarily with the controller. It could be with my WiFi. For the money it is well worth buying and trying it out. I am going to keep it and try it with different games. It will probably work just fine.

Title: Good Value, Great Customer Service
Review: I’m not a gamer, I play on the Wii U with my kids about once a week. This controller feels better in my hand than another brand controller I purchased at the same time. I usually try to just keep all of the controllers charged, but it seems like this one has gone several hours for a couple of days without dying.I had a problem with the left joystick after about two months of use. The seller was very prompt with my questions and ended up sending me a replacement.I would have no problem recommending or buying again for what I use it for.

Review: Recieved a returned controller the packaging was already open didnt come with any instructions so i have no idea how to pair it. Apparently not for wii u as it has no sync button to pair it.

Title: Waste of money
Review: Giving it a 3 Star because they give you no direct way to connect the controller, I tried doing what they said and it didn’t work, then I tried connecting it with the cord and nothing. But then I tried holding the power and home button at the same time and it finally connected.

Title: Happy with the first one so I bought two more.
Review: I initially bought one control but oh, really liked it a lot so I ended up buying two more so that when the family plays together more of us would have a great control to use. I’m really happy with the fact that these are rechargeable and the battery last pretty long. Even if it does start to wear down I can plug it in and keep playing. I was able to sink them with ease and they work well.
