Title: 3 Hours on the phone for no driver support
Review: I used the HP “Smart” software to install drivers for this brand-new printer connected via USB. It installed an HP universal print driver that only prints in black and white. I also tried all other drivers listed on the site for this printer. None worked. I called HP and spent an hour on the phone with the first person who ran through all the same steps I just ran through on my own before she determined the problem needed to go to someone else. I had an appointment I needed to get to, so I had to get a ticket number (useless) and hang up.I called back a couple of hours later and reported my ticket number to the next tech, who promptly ignored all the notes and repeated all of the same steps for another hour to no avail. He then decided to send me to the PC department as he determined it was not in his scope.The PC department promptly told me they do not work on printers and told me they would transfer me back to printer support.I got back on the phone with a third printer support person for them to also ignore the ticket notes and proceed to perform ALL of the same steps over again. An hour later, it was determined that this printer has no viable driver listed on the site and a universal PCL3 driver would work.I’ve been in PC support for 35 years, and this was the second worst “support” experience I have ever had. HP should be ASHAMED for the garbage they pass off as support.Not only does the 9110b NOT have a viable driver for USB on the site, but the technicians are not aware of that or how to make the PCL3 driver work in place of one. I’ll never get those 3 hours of my life back, and for what it’s worth, I’ll NEVER BUY HP AGAIN. Both the product and support are TOTAL GARBAGE.

Title: Works well, a little noisy
Review: I was looking for a wireless, front loading/exit printer that is just a printer. Not many choices out there. I don’t do a lot of printing so I was not paying attention to ink usage. The quality seems to be on par with my previous printers and it was easy to setup and use. Haven’t had it long so I can’t speak to that but my other HPs have held up well. When it is doing something other than printing (not sure what) it is a bit noisy. Not frequent so not a problem, just an observation.

Title: Ink too expensive. Won’t work if 1 of 4 cartridge is empty. Must replace or printer is useless.
Review: The printer prints well. Can print on both sides. The ink is very expensive. $125 to replace them. The printer won’t work if one of the 4 cartridge is empty. It won’t work with only black. You are forced to replace all empty cartridge. They have no knock odd cartridge. Otherwise the ringer itself is good.

Title: Worst HP Officejet Pro Ever Made
Review: Printer pulls too many sheets of paper at once. Extremely clunky and noisy. Paper tray does not have a stop for 8.5 x 11″ paper, so the LCD display will often show a paper mismatch when it shouldn’t. I called HP tech support and they offered no solution to the paper mismatch, defective paper tray and poorly functioning paper feed.I am very disappointed. This is the worst HP device I have ever owned. The HP Officejet I had before this worked without fail for years until the printer head failed. The 9110b appears to have been designed on the cheap to save HP money and make the end user miserable. It is like ordering steak and getting a baloney sandwich instead without any apologies.
