Title: Great sound, great functionality for most purposes, some unnecessary tech hiccups
Review: So, first things first: Even if you had an Echo Dot until now, give the Show a try. The sound is so much better and it is so much more convenient to see with one glance what I am listening to. The screen is fabulous, it works as smoothly as the screen of any high end tablet,I have issues with two things. The Alexa app really needs an urgent overhaul. It has so many flaws, from the communication part, where I am just unable to (just one example) activate drop in on my new Echo Show, to the annoying fact that many devices -like for example the KASA bulb that came with is in this Black Friday special deal- need an extra app to function instead of being directly attachable through the Alexa app. It works -don’t get me wrong- but I do not like to need to install another app which potentially gives another company access to my private data. And. I have really had a bad experience with Philips Hue (another brand that wants its own app, but in addition, Philips also wants you to instal their own device, ghe Philips Hue bridge). So it worked well for a year and I had around six lights working through this bridge when all of a sudden the bridge became unfindable for the Alexa app. I had to delete all light and set the whole thing up from scratch, which was a waste of 1 h of my precious time.So, dear Amazon Alexa team, please overhaul the app and make it as user friendly as Amazon services and devices are, generally speaking and you will have a great product and many, many happy customers

Title: LOVE THIS!!
Review: Mine arrived last night and I was sooooo excited to set it up and test out the features especially the lightbulb! Super simple set up which is great because I’m awful with instructions, the voice command to the lightbulb did not disappoint! My boyfriend works nightshift so when he got home this morning I turned the lamp on through Alexa lol
