Title: “New Toner” was used/empty on arrival!
Review: Do not buy! Toner came in box that looked unopened. Once I opened the box, the bag surrounding the toner cartridge had already been opened. Installed toner cartridge in printer, and printer said toner empty/replace toner cartridge. Do yourself a favor and buy directly from Dell. It might be more expensive, but at least you actually get what you paid for…

Title: Spend the $ for authentic cartridge
Review: Tried to save a little money by buying a “reconditioned” cartridge but it made every other page jam. Had to quickly order this original Dell so that we could get back to work instead of clearing paper jams. This new DELL cartridge works great. Not worth trying to save a few dollars – buy this one and you have a guarantee that it will work.
