Title: LOVE it!
Review: I bought this as a sort of backup/emergency preparedness thing for my cabin, along with the water heater attachment. We fired it up one day and it worked great! Solidly built, easy to load wood and clean up ashes afterwards, good smoke management with the pipe. We roasted some marshmallows in it too. We could have easily cooked on it if we had tried. I’m really glad I own it.

Title: Does what it’s supposed to do
Review: I have used mine in a 12×16 tent cabin built on a lightweight panelized platform (leveled with RV jacks) and with hard walls (also panelized) and vinyl roof. The tent is a prototype that will lead to production manufacturing soon.Make sure you use a chimney cap spark arrestor! and take a ladder to camp with you so you can easily clean it at least every other day, depending on how much you use it. I use rebar wire in three directions to keep the chimney in place in wind. …… and keep plenty of distance from your walls- this unit does what it’s designed to do- It burns hot. I use light gauge sheet steel underneath on the floor and with a one inch air gap against the wall behind the stove and part way up the chimney. Stove drafts well, but am considering adding some door perimeter high temp insulation chord to cut down on air flow so I can slow down the fire for a longer burn time. Don’t expect this stove to give you an all night fire. It starts fast and heats your space fast though. In fact will force open windows and doors even on cold nights or days if you have any insulation at all. Water tank works well. I also built a custom screen door that hangs on the hinges of an open stove door, so we can watch the fire. I keep a large welding blanket on the floor in front for my hearth. Nothing beats a good indoor fire when you are in the wilds.

Title: Convenient addition to a stove.
Review: This water tank (3 gal.) worked like it was advertised. It took us about 15-20 min to get the water boiling hot and it stayed hot for hours. The first time I boiled water with it I actually tested it for time and Temp. I took it out back and lite it up. It took about 20 min to get it boiling at 125 deg. Not far from average. Then I let the fire burn out and I tested the temp of the water about 3 hours later and it showed the water at 108 deg. The outdoor temp was around 75 deg. with a little bit of a breeze. I thought that was good and I was satisfied. We took it with us on a 10 day camping trip and used it for washing dishes to taking showers with the water. Stores well inside this stove but I was not able to store the warming/ drying racks inside with this tank inside, too. Not a big deal but it would have been nice. I’m not sure I like having to take the spigot out every time I stored it but it seemed like it would ding it up. So be careful and you’ll see you will probably have to take it out and store it inside the tank for transport too. Nice addition to our camping gear. Very handy and convenient. Worth the money.

Title: Great little water heater!
Review: Fits a nice 3 gallons! Awesome to wake up to boiling water in the morning while I’m camping. Not too big either, looks great in the side of the stove. Lid doesn’t get too hot so it’s pretty safe to touch. Good size for price! Made well and sealed great.

Title: Abit unstable but own 2 so will keep
Review: I have bell tents and camp year around. The pipes didn’t line up and we slept in the cold. Glad our beddings is done to sleep without heat. Kids were not pleased. And 1 leg doesn’t have a leg hold . Which we learned as it became unstable. I have 2 both are the same. We also have the watercans

Title: Works like a charm!
Review: I placed this on my new cylinder stove, filled it with water, got the stove going, and had boiling water in no time. Yay! It holds 3 gallons, and I’m thinking that 6 gallons would be ideal and will be looking for another shortly.

Title: I think it will do the job….
Review: Got the stove last year and added the water tank this year. Haven’t used it yet, just tested it for leaks. (there were none) Fits the stove very well as it’s rounded on one side to hug the shape of the stove. Easy to install and you can still use the side grate if you want, although you will have to remove it ever time you file the tank. I gave it 4 stars because I’m not not overly confident in the quality of the spigot. I appears to be brass, but it might be a bit light duty, particularly the handle. We’ll try it as is so in the end it might just be fine. All in all, I think it’s a good value and will add some convenience to our camping experience.

Title: So awesome that i would buy it again
Review: Heavier than many of the wood burning camp stoves makes it not as portable as you would think so not a back packer. However, it is so sturdily built that it will last my lifetime. Generous amount of flue pipe for good draw and a 5″ tube width. Spark arrestor is hardware cloth and can easily slip on and off again. Fired it up to burn off the factory coatings when first received. Easy to start a fire because of the flue damper and the lower vent. I purchased the optional matched water tank. The stove is heavy with strong removable legs. Wood rack is thick steel. Everything fits back into it easily. I would definitely purchase again should i like to gift someone.

Review: This wood stove is amazing. Set it up and got the fire going and oh man this puts out a ton of heat. Initially ran it for a few hours to cure the paint and then stuck it into my winter tent and lit it up. First impression. It was hot!!! Super hot!!! I was initially worried it might not throw off enough heat for my 20x12x8’ shelter, but I was wrong in about 15 mins. Once the fire was roaring, I found myself stripped down to shots and a t-shirt from pants and a hoodie. I was still hot! I bought the additional water tank (from amazon as well) and it fits perfectly on the side. Will be trying it out next weekend. My only gripe and not a big deal was the flu went up and each piece was slightly smaller than the next as to extend like a sword of sorts. I wanted to pipe it out the back wall vs the roof so as not not mess with the strength so I had to purchase a few pipes and elbows to do so. Not a big deal, but in the end, it works awesome. Highly recommend!!

Review: The stove itself seems to be fine for winter tent camping. I had to buy a whole new set of stove pipes. What they sent are not telescopic, they just fit inside each other, but do not fit snugly to set up. Also, I had to use a grinder to fit the legs evenly due to metal protrusions that needed to be removed. I have yet to actually use it in the tent to see how efficient it is.

Review: Great product. Tidy job done on the metal fabrication. My only complaint is the painfully slow pouring rate from the nozzle. The nozzle should have had a bigger diameter so the water can pour like a regular tap.
