Review: It is connected to my Xbox X and I can play games from it. Easy to use and transfer data. I downloaded 200 games to it with ease,but about 5% of the games have to be transferred to an expansion card or internal memory. The reason is unknown why that has occurred.

Review: Makes me transfer games form hard drive to concle.. very slow process. Especially with large games. This is a very annoying and ridiculous process especially when we have a family playing a bunch of different games… Very very disappointed in product and I did return itI tried contacting the manufacturer and the phone will ring and ring then hand up on you.. 0% customer serviceAmazon is refusing to let me return the item, iv tried 4 times now and the process just keeps restarting. It’s a pretty typical way I’m treated as a prime member.

Review: BUYER BEWARE! Ordered two of these for my grandsons and they were not compatible. They are heavy and to return them I have to mail or courier to Las Vegas (I live in Canada). I would suggest avoiding third party sellers when ordering on Amazon. Returns are very costly.
