Review: Another review commented on the same issue. I inserted both ink cartridges and a message on my printer appeared that said previously used cartridge. I knew there was a problem. less than 10 copies and the printer stopped working. I cannot remove the ink cartridges. They are stuck in the printer. I can no longer use my printer. I ended up spending more money because now I have to buy a new printer very disappointed.
