Title: Quality at a great price.
Review: Very pleased with this MacBook. Shipment was very fast. Came clean and spotless, like new, with Apple charger. Performance the past two days has been perfect, and I have tried all the basics; music, video, MS office apps, browsing, etc. Now, I am not a power user, gamer or programmer, so I can’t speak to performance at those levels, but for me it is perfect. This 2020 MacBook is the best laptop I have used. It’s fast, great new upgraded keyboard and plenty of storage. Very happy with this purchase. Perfect condition at a great price. If anything changes, I’ll update this. But as of now, this was definitely a good purchase.

Title: Not Up to “Renewed” Standards – (Computer battery didn’t last over 6 months)
Review: I want to emphasize that the product is supposed to be “renewed”. Meaning that it should be working and show signs of wear (like a used item). These things are usually signs of cosmetic damage, wear, cracked screens being replaced and things like so. Manufacturers tend to sell Refurbished items that are carefully inspected and any malfunctioning parts are replaced and the item is resold in a “like-new” condition, hence the term “refurbished” instead of “used”.I purchased a computer in March on this year that I have NOT used much due to not going on many trips this year. The computer was in GOOD working condition (still, has no issues) but about a month or so ago the battery started acting up. Typically a refurbished item from a manufacturer provides a warranty since the item should be in “like-new” condition, but this seller does not.With that in mind, it is safe to assume that the listing is not accurately describing the items that are being sold. They are NOT renewed, since nothing about them is new besides the “cleaned out storage”. The computer was still showing signs of wear, the cable was still not an OEM charger, and as noted the computer didn’t last very long.In the case of buying something in this used beat up condition (or like the listing says “renewed”) I would advise against that and recommend purchasing a newer model that is new through a payment plan. I took this “renewed” computer to apple and they told me that the replacement battery for the computer would cost me about 350$ when I only paid about 500$ for the “renewed” computer.I reached out to the seller, in an effort to avoid posting a bad review describing the lack of quality control and the failure to list the computer as “used” rather than “renewed/refurbished”, and still, to no luck, they said there was nothing I could do since the “return” window was closed.I won’t say that all their computers are defective, but I was unfortunately one of the few with a bad one.

Title: I had some issues!
Review: So when I ordered this laptop, I paid like 50 bucks extra to get it shipped to me like two or three days after, the day came and I never got it. So I contacted customer service they said my package was stuck at the shipping faculty and they would “raise a flag” for it to be released. I asked if I would be returned the extra shipping for which I was told I would get it back as soon as it was shipped. So bout 48 hrs later I still hadn’t gotten any updates on the shipping so I reached out yet again to check on it, they told me it was still stuck at the shipping facility and that he recommended I cancel the package, he offered to cancel it for me and I accepted. WELL THEN, a couple hrs later I get an email about how the package had been shipped so I reached out AGAIN and asked why it hadn’t been canceled (which was fine all I wanted was my dang laptop at this point) and she goes on to tell me that they can’t cancel things on their end… even though the man told me he was gonna cancel it. So whatever I asked about the refund for the shipping multiple times and they all told me I would get it back… I never got it back, they said in the end they couldn’t give it back to me but she wouldn’t give me a reason why besides the fact that is “wasn’t in their control.”Anyways long story short don’t pay for faster shipping unless you are okay flushing that money down the drain. The computer is nice, it’s in good condition physically. Not really any scratches or anything, but I will say the battery kinda sucks, it runs out so fast when I’m not even doing anything besides school work or watching Netflix, and it runs so hot sometimes. Definitely wouldn’t buy this again, but it’s not to say that I completely regret the purchase. If you are a broke college student like me looking for a cheaper option this is the way to go, other people in the reviews have had a lot of good things to say.

Review: Mas que satisfecho con este equipo; dude mucho en comprarlo pero parece que corri con mucha suerte:- Estetica general: 9.95, tiene un pequeño golpe en una esquina pero no afecta nada su uso. Llego con unas micas protectoras que son casi invisibles, tanto que no veo necesidad de quitárselas.- Pantalla y teclado: 10, no tiene la “ñ” pero ya sabia que asà vendrÃa, es una nimiedad para el precio comparado con una nueva con teclado en español.- Bateria parece aceptable hasta ahora, a este paso calculo unas seis horas, razonable para una maquina de hace casi cuatro años.- Calentamiento: prendió ventiladores y se calentó un poco por sincronizar 50 GB de google drive, espero que no sea lo mismo para el uso normal (ver fotos, videos, oficina, navegadores); seguramente hara lo mismo si le exijo con procesos mas pesados por mas tiempo.Esto del calentamiento era una de mis principales preocupaciones (que se calentara demasiado con actividades simples) pero lei en varios lugares que eso era mas común en el procesador intel de 10a generación, este modelo que compre es de 8a generación).- Todos los reviews dicen que las M1 administran mucho mejor todo y no se calientan y les creo, pero el precio de esta es mucho mas accesible para lo que voy a usarla, espero que se mantenga asà mucho tiempo.- Entrega: 20/10, se supone que llegaba el 23 y llego el 09; la caja bien protegida, cargador genérico pero util.Ojala que dure mucho, hasta ahora, es una compra excelente.
