A quick rundown of this product’s key features:
Coexisting but conflicting needs create self-sabotaging behaviors. This is why we resist efforts to change, often until they feel completely futile. But by extracting crucial insight from our most damaging habits, building emotional intelligence by better understanding our brains and bodies, releasing past experiences at a cellular level, and learning to act as our highest potential future selves, we can step out of our own way and into our potential.
For centuries, the mountain has been used as a metaphor for the big challenges we face, especially ones that seem impossible to overcome. To scale our mountains, we actually have to do the deep internal work of excavating trauma, building resilience, and adjusting how we show up for the climb. In the end, it is not the mountain we master, but ourselves.

Title: Nice way to set the tone
Review: I decided to pick up this book due to the hype around it. There were some great concepts and suggested reflective/self work presented in the book. I didn’t rate the book higher because there was quite a bit of repetition. Overall, it was a nice way to set the tone for the new year.“One day, the mountain that was in front of you will be so far behind you, it will barely be visible in the distance. But who you become in learning to climb it? That will stay with you forever. That is the point of the mountain.”3.5 stars

Title: You must get this book 📕
Review: 👏👏👏👏👏 Reading this book has awakened me to SO MUCH about myself and gave me so much clarity about my emotions and my mindset. If your are struggling with not knowing yourself to finding it hard to find happiness READ THIS BOOK! Make it a priority of yours. It took me a month and a half to finish. But, it was all in perfect timing. This book made me yell out loud, smile to myself, cry, scream, clap, jump, it made my heart race. Brianna Wiest wrote this book for me! I thought there weren’t any answers to how I was feeling. I felt like no one understood me. But, whole time it was me NOT understanding me. At the end I sobbed. Just from feeling a lot better about myself and my life. I’m forever grateful for the author. I recommend this book to all my sisters and I hope they enjoy it and take the time to read it. Again, outstanding read! ❤️

Review: The Mountain is You by Brianna Wiest is one of those books that really sticks with you. It’s all about getting past the things that hold you back and becoming your best self. I loved how Brianna breaks down self-sabotage in a way that makes it feel so relatable. Her words made me think, ‘Wow, this is me sometimes.’ The book is honest, but also hopeful. I felt inspired to work on myself in new ways. If you’re ready to face your inner challenges and grow, this book is a must-read. I’m so glad I picked it up!

Review: Slechte kwaliteit van het boek. De moment dat je het opendoet vallen er al pagina’s uit. Daarnaast is het boek ook niet echt inspirerend. Niet zijn geld waard.
