Title: Amazon support is great
Review: I am satisfied with the tablet but the 5 stars is for the Amazon Support. They were very responsive and supportive with the issues.The tablet was great. I love it.It is a Verizon branded tablet and complains each time I start it because the sim is not Verizon. It is an annoyance but because the tablet is so amazing I can deal with it.

Title: Amazon Customer Service Useless!!!
Review: The tablet was not as described… said it was “Fully Unlocked Android Tablet” went on to say that it was AT&T compatible… the tablet was locked on Verizon making it useless.. I returned the tablet but the next one locked on Verizon as well.. Amazon customer service useless!! Referred me to providers who referred me back to Amazon… frustrating.. not buying refurbished items again !!!!

Title: decent tablet, fast enough for everyday use
Review: it is a decent tablet, fast enough for everyday use so i give it a 3 star rating.if i want to be limited on how i use the tablet which i paid in full, i would have got an iPad.i want to use my own tablet the way i want to use.this tablet does not have Android Auto installed as a system app, and there is not way to root it so i couldnt modified it to make Android Auto work.this tablet doesnt allow phone calls unless i have a phone tether with it, eventhough it is fully capable of being used as a phone.i got an even cheaper Lenovo tablet, it works like a 11 inch screen phone.

Review: WAS NOT SOLD AS ADVERTISED. Advertised as ‘Fully Unlocked Android Tablet, 10.9” SM-X518U (Gray) (Renewed)’. Tablet is locked to the Verizon network and is unable to be used with another network even though advertised as able to do so. Reported to amazon and will not used this seller again.
