Title: Awesome Headset
Review: This purchase arose from ongoing issues with my Bluetooth headset. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I work remotely 95 percent of the time, participating in virtual meetings and calls throughout the day. This headset is comfortable and user-friendly. It simplifies answering calls on TEAMS and Vonage. The ability to answer or end calls, mute myself, and adjust the volume from the attached remote is a fantastic feature. The boom mic rotates, allowing the headset to be worn on either the left or right ear. This lightweight headset has adjustable features that accommodate anyone. It doesn’t strain my glasses when I wear them with the headset and doesn’t apply excessive pressure on my head. The audio quality is excellent, even for listening to music when I’m not on a call. I prefer the single-ear design as it lets me stay aware of my surroundings. Despite the single-ear design, sound clarity is exceptional. I’ve asked my coworkers how I sound during calls, and they’ve all indicated that I sound crystal clear with no distortion. The Polypro app allows you to customize some settings, which is a nice touch. The cord is long enough for me to stand and stretch during those lengthy meetings without getting in the way while I’m seated at my desk. This has proven to be a far better solution than any Bluetooth device I’ve tried, functioning seamlessly with various meeting platforms.

Review: decent sound quality, having a usb connection with the right setup means it can auto mute and unmute vs the analog only kits.The pad is a bit thin, it does get uncomfortable the longer you use it. that says it’s reversible so I can flip it around and wear it on the other ear.the usb connection/control part had an extended plastic ring, so it doesn’t like different headsets plugged in, which is silly because I’d love to be able to try out other hardware with it.

Title: Great headset
Review: Bought to replace my Bluetooth headset as I was tired of fighting with connecting to Teams every day. The cord is long and being wired does not bother me at all. Love the sound quality and my voice is clear. Comfortable to wear with glasses though, like all over ear headsets, after a couple of hours it becomes uncomfortable for me. I don’t think it’s the headset, I think it’s me. I also like that if I forget to unmute myself and start speaking, a voice will tell me I’m muted. Very happy with this purchase.

Review: Really impressed by the headset – although it is a little pricey. Very comfortable on the ear and all background noise seems to disappear for the covered ear. The headset comes in a nice bag for protection when travelling.I generally spend half of my working day on calls so it is essential that I have a quality headset which is comfortable to wear.Only negative comment I would mention is regarding the travel bag – it is a fairly tight fit for the headset and the cable which comes out of the earpiece is forced to bend which in time I suspect will be the downfall due to wear.
