Title: Good buy
Review: The remote came with a strap matching the color of the remote which was nice. Remote arrived relatively clean, just had to remove some dust from the battery compartment and a couple minor stains, which is to be expected from a refurbished unit. The remote was described as excellent quality and after a couple days of use it meets that description well.

Title: I bought the wrong one, twice.
Review: I originally bought the NC. I then bought the Lyyes. I then bought this one (Nintendo brand [Renewed/Refurbished]). The first two couldn’t charge past 75% and this one reads 100% charged with the same battery packs. This one also includes built in Wii MotionPlus which is very nice.Altogether, Nintendo is the right brand for a Wii remote.The charging station I purchased is the “Upgraded Wii Remote Battery Charger Station, Covanm 4 Port Wii Controller Rechargeable Battery Pack with 4 Rechargeable Batteries for Wii.”

Title: 2 units, both faulty, 1 unusable
Review: Ordered 2 units.I can tell you now that the extent of their testing is throwing some batteries in and checking that the thing turns on, and that’s it.The first one is mostly fine, but it has a faulty led that doesn’t turn on, and the rumble motor skips making a horrible sound.The second one is unusable. First of all, it still had old battery corrosion crud all through the terminals which I had to clean out myself, but I don’t know why I bothered because it doesn’t stay on for longer than 5 minutes with fresh batteries.I’m savvy enough that I’ll be able to transplant the rumble motor at least, but I’m not brave enough to try desoldering the led. I will try to diagnose why the second one is turning off, but as things stand right now, I’ve only gotten half of my order. I ordered 2 working remotes, and I got 1 partially working one, with a spare parts unit.If you buy this and expect a working controller, just know you’re rolling the dice.

Review: Seems to work just as well as the original. HOWEVER I almost returned it because it wouldn’t sync. The factory ones sync by just pushing the button in the battery area but you have to ALSO push the red button under the SD card storage cover for non-factory remotes.

Title: Like other reviews said, comes with a 3rd party replacement back but works fully
Review: Overall a pretty good quality device. I didn’t notice any issues other than a different back than typical, which is the only reason I would remove a star. For some, the mismatch look might be a dealbreaker but the truth is a lot of wii remotes have discolored battery backs and usually get replaced with these 3rd party one at repair shops and resellers all the time. At first I had concerns about how batteries would fit, especially since wii remotes are already prone to leakage, but it tests fine so far. The remote plus function and all the buttons work fine. Came with a strap, but no rubber case but luckily had a few lying around. Also came with a 90 day warranty if anything goes wrong.

Review: Me gusta que funciona igual que el control original que venÃa con mi wii (que de hecho compré hace unos 8 años, usado, en una casa de empeño)Al verlo a detalle contra luz, la cubierta parece estar rallada por el uso, me imagino que el vendedor compra productos usados y los reacondiciona, los repara o lo que sea. Si estoy satisfecha, no me mal entiendan 😊. Porque ya no encuentras controles originales, ni usados y que funcionen además. Estaré contenta siempre y cuando siga funcionando igual que mi otro control original. Si pasa cualquier cosa claro que actualizaré mi comentario. Esperemos no haya ningún problema porque a mis hijos y a mà nos encanta jugar Mario (Mario party, Mario Wii, kart, etc) 😅
