Title: Works as advertised, easy install, happy with product 3 weeks in.
Review: Product has worked as advertised. I made sure everything worked out of box before installing the cameras around the residence. Wireless connection distance is good (stucco framed house). One feature I really like is being able to connect the monitor/base alarm to go off with designated cams. Alerts on your mobile device often get ignored or drowned out with all the other notifications. Syncing the base/monitor for an alert is a very distinct sound. So far, it’s been 3 weeks of use. I would recommend at this point.

Title: Great system & awesome customer service.
Review: Camera optics are great, it looks great during the day & at night. You can set it up so all areas of the parameter are covered & when an event happens it takes a single recording across multiple cameras. Auto tracks movement. Picture enhancement with zoom. I had my system for almost a year, I had the monitor mounted & my kids knocked it down for the millionth time. The screen shattered into several pieces. I contacted the company and they quickly replaced it free of charge. I received the new monitor in less than a week. I offered to pay for shipping but they wouldn’t allow me to. Anytime I’ve had an issue they work quickly to help me resolve it. I recommend this company & the products they sell.

Title: Love
Review: I have been very hesitant about placing a camera inside my house but recently I really needed one and I chose this one and I’m so glad I did. I am not very tech savvy. I do not like technology and I’m completely obsessed with this camera. it is fantastic. It is very easy to maneuver and not complex.

Title: Very bad design on multiple aspects
Review: Cannot view video from a computer on the same network. The GUI can set admin settings but not view video, you have to use their app or a physical screen. No optical zoom, only digital and that’s very poor quality. BS about dual lenses, looks like it from outside but no. Resolution is only 1080p. Power cable is only 6-ft so good luck if you happen to have a house with the ceiling taller than 6-ft. Returning this POS.

Title: Great customer service!
Review: This is a nice system. Has a lot of features. Good quality video. Easy to set up. And a very good price. Still playing around with some of the settings (there are many options). Had weak signal in 2 of the camera locations, but customer service was able to walk us thhrough settig up the cameras to cascade from one camera to another. That helped in one of the locations. Helped us set up a repeater to get a beter signal on the other camera with a weak signal. App needs some tweaks, but that is not the camera systems fault. The app is used by many camera system companies. Company has helped us in getting better results in the app as well. Hopefully app will make improvments/updates that will make it work more smoothly. MMQ Customer service has been great! very helpful and quick to reply. They seem to genuinely care about your satisfaction. Follow up has been outstanding.
