Review: Emergency or not this fan comes in handy!!!! I bought two so far I need to buy one more!!!!! Review: This fan charges by the solar panel on the back which is great and so great for camping or days out. The lights show the power level and you can see when it is charging by the lights flashing. It isn’t the strongest fan in the world but works great for what it is. I also like that it has the option yo plug your phone in for on the go charging.
