Review: Right off the bat I was a bit disappointed in the shade. When I order something in black – I expect black, not a matte dark grey but I didn’t want to order white either from some of the other reviews stating 3/4 of their tiles were an off-white color.I recently accepted a WFH position so I have been slowing converting my craft room into a dual purpose craft space and office space since I will be spending a TON more time in this area. I can craft in chaos, but I CANNOT work in chaos so I’ve been searching for weeks and adding bit-by-bit making the space more functional while maintaining an aesthetic environment. Which leads me to the pegboard. I didn’t want the typical Lowes/Home Depot muted tan pegboard that was gigantic and over-powering, nor a heavy metal Wall Control one. This seemed to be perfect; just the right size, light weight, and it could get some of the desk clutter off my work area and into a home.I didn’t want to drill into my walls for any reason so I used 4 pair of the Large Command Strips attaching them to the clear-sticky mounting brackets that was supplied. I originally tried to get the Command Strip to stick to the mounting bracket without removing the adhesive protector – no dice. So while still wanting to avoid the sticky mount touching any part of my drywall, I chose to cut down the excess and stick the Command Strip directly to the sticky back mount. I know 4-pair holds 20 pounds so I knew I would be well within range. So far it’s working quite nicely housing my iPads, blue light glasses, water flavoring packets, and other desk clutter quite nicely and fits in the space I needed it to absolutely perfectly.It being a pegboard gives me the freedom to rearrange as I see fit. I will say the 2 Hooks that came with the kit – DO NOT fit. I tried but I didn’t want to break the plastic or get them stuck in a position that I wasn’t happy where they actually landed.

Review: TL;DR: Installation isn’t great, inconsistent packaging and contents, pegboard itself is somewhat flimsy and fragile.I bought two packs so I had a total of 8 pegboards and noticed the packaging was inconsistent between them. One had two long hooks while the other did not. One package had the sticky mounting pieces already lodged in the back of each pegboard while the other one had all the mounting stickers packed in the same plastic bag.The pegboards themselves are plastic, and some what flimsy. One board I received had plastic bits broken off, though they were not on the mounting parts nor on the edges of the pegboard so they aren’t visible. I don’t know if those broken bits reduce the structural integrity of the board itself.The mounting solutions are pretty bad. You have two options: the mounting stickers (two for each board) or 4 flimsy nails which are marginally thicker than a sewing needle. Each mounting sticker has two upward facing hooks, while the back of each pegboard has four hoops (two for each mounting sticker).The nails are too short and very flimsy–borderline unusable, but I needed to use them for one pegboard since the mounting sticker solution failed for one pegboard. The pegboards themselves don’t have mounting holes specifically for the nails so if you want them to be snug in place without wiggling, you will need to manually measure out where you hammer in your nails to ensure there is enough vertical and horizontal tension to prop up the pegboard in the exact needed position..The mounting sticker are pretty much permanent, I needed to realign one and ended up tearing off a chunk of paint from my wall. Nice.To mount the pegboards with the stickers, you need to stick the mounting stickers on the wall, then slide the pegboard onto them. Alternatively, (if the mounting stickers aren’t pre-inserted), you can insert the mounting stickers into the back of the pegboard and try to press the pegboard on the wall.Note: one of my pegboard packs, the mounting stickers were pre-inserted but they had two potential problems: (1) one of the hooks were too loose so during mounting, the sticker slipped out of position resulting in requiring tearing off one mounting sticker, (2) the mounting sticker has an indicator pointing the ‘up’ direction; nope, it was pointing downwards (luckily I tested sliding them first so I realized this). If I had blindly tried to stick it without testing it, the hooks would point downward thus not holding up the pegboard at all and I would’ve ripped off an additional chunk of paint from my wall.While these look decent and seem to work, I have a hard time recommending these give my points above.

Title: Sewing corner
Review: Working on setting up my sewing room, my sewing corner is smallish so trying to be as organized and compact as possible.The peg boards are a hard plastic, hooks are painted metal. The adhesive is a long wide strip at top and bottom on the back of each square. (Four square peg boards in the box). It seems to be fairly sturdy.My new sewing desk is smooth, and is made of that fake wood stuff (so no nails or screws) – I only used the adhesive option. This end of my desk is near the wall, so I’m not concerned with adhesive lightly damaging surfaces, I have no idea if this would or not. I can’t say how long it will stay stuck with the weight of the rulers on it, but I love having my quilting rulers neatly hung up and out of sight yet always close at hand!In retrospect, this only used two peg board squares, so I could have also used 1-2 on the side of my shelf. Oh well.

Review: These are plastic so beware, sizing is fine but they all came off my wall within a month so the adhesive is terrible on these even though I followed all install directions. I would never buy these again, there are way better quality for a much better price tag.

Review: I bought this peg board to organise my desk and it came promptly and without any damage to my package. It included all the attachments listed and was easy to install. I did not use the guide provided, however I have secured it using thick double sided tape and it holds just fine. The plastic is not flimsy and all the pieces fit well onto the pegboard.
