Title: Good chair customer service not so much
Review: I ordered this for my dad. He likes it very much. He is 77 and found it very easy to put together. He said it’s very comfortable. How ever the controller for the chair was the wrong one. We requested the right one and have been bouncing back and forth. First it was ok what address do we send it to, to that address is not a deliverable address. Mind it was the same address it was originally delivered to. Then it was we will send you a return label and you can return the product. When I asked why it was undeliverable because it was originally delivered there and I gave them an alternative address. It was ordered the around the second week of May here it is 2 weeks later and still don’t have the controller!

Review: Bought a few years back. Still massages and heats though I do not use those function often. I bought it because it swivels and I can turn around and speak with visitors while they sit on my couch. It is not very large, but serves its purpose well.

Review: By far the worst quality recliner I’ve ever purchased. After few days the right side bowed outwards and there is no way to fix it. Believe me I am not a heavy person. The mechanical joints are so hard to move that it hurts my back to maintain it.I called and emailed the manufacturer but no response.Next time I’ll buy it from a brick and mortar store.

Title: Fit, function, fun!
Review: Considering it is extremely hard to find rocking recliners that are not too big or too basic, we scored on this one! Didn’t want to spend a fortune for my teens bedroom-fun chair and this IS PERFECT. Great gray color, has remote for multiple massage features (and quiet!), 360 swivel, side pockets for his books, so comfortable, and all at an amazing price. The delivery fee was worth it- handled with care and super simple to put together. True quality chair and I am stoked it will probably be used for years and years 😉
