Title: Cyberpower RMA / Customer Support UNRESPONSIVE — 5/25/21 UPDATE! Avoid Cyberpower!
Review: UPDATE- Customer service finally contacted me and said I need a customer number before they can help. They sent me a link to register, and I proceeded to fill it out. At the bottom, it asked for a 12 digit serial number. Well, guess what? Their keyboards don’t have serial numbers. After explaining via email that I didn’t buy a full computer system from them (thank God) and only bought a keyboard, they told me that there is nothing they can do.Wait, nothing?! Why have a so-called warranty on a product if there is nothing they can do?!For all the people that spent way more than $60 with this company, I truly feel sorry for you – especially if something breaks. What a sorry excuse for a company.—I purchased this keyboard in January, and the Amazon return period ran out because I was still building my system (waiting on a GPU like everyone else!).Anyhow, when I finally was able to put everything together, I plugged this in and noticed that about 8 of the keys were not lighting up like the other ones. After further testing, I noticed that certain shades of green and blue did not appear on those keys. Also, they flashed in the reactive modes, when only the keys you touch are supposed to turn on.I contacted Cyberpower’s customer service and RMA email addresses twice from March-April, and they still have not responded.Paying $70 for a keyboard with faulty RGB LED’s is ridiculous. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. What good is a warranty if a company doesn’t respond? Also, the reviews about the loud pinging on this keyboard are correct. It makes a loud high-pitched PING noise when keys are hit.

Title: Messy History
Review: This product WOULD be a 10/10, HOWEVER if you take even five minutes to look into the background of Cyberpowerpc and reviews from customers, you’ll find it quite common of others to complain about either an accessory or pc malfunctioning, or being just straight up broken on arrival. And this is almost no different; Not even 2 months later, this quite expensive and might I even say strongly build keyboard is malfunctioning on a software level and will not register certain keys at any given time making for some very frustrating situations to say the least. And when bought from amazon, they don’t give you the information required on the package box required to give to a cyberpowerpc support assistant if you were to seek help from the website directly. Look somewhere else, it’s not worth the hassle.

Title: The worst budget Keyboard on the market from the worst manufacturer.
Review: This thing feels like a weak plastic toy when you touch it.The wrist “pad” is more annoying than comfortable. The switches don’t feel like browns or even mechanical at all.Mine very quickly (within two months) developed an intermittent W keypress. After being hung up on several times in a row and even taunted by the manufacturers customer service, I’m doubtful I’ll be able to do a warranty claim.Similar problems with a mouse from CyberPower as well. Not planning to buy anything from CyberPower again.
