Title: A complete multivitamin
Review: As a year plus post op gastric sleeve surgery patient, I finally found a multivitamin that has all of the vitamin content that is required by my surgeon based on my labs. It’s easy to swallow, I take it with breakfast or lunch and I have had no issues with nausea or aftertaste. I have been on this for a couple of months and when I am consistent I do notice a nice boost of energy. Consistency is key to get the benefits of this vitamin. The packaging is good, the quality is good and very effective!
