Title: Simple and effective alternative to battery power
Review: I understand it’s too rough for some but when I scrub, I want it to mean something. I want to glow. I’ve gone through numerous complicated battery powered face scrubbers, but was never satisfied with the wimpy brushes. They were always way too soft and ineffective. So I was once again on here searching for a scrubby replacement brush and stumbled upon these. I figured why not give a try? Do I really need an electric one? Answer is no. I’m glad I took a chance. These are very effective. At first they’re very stiff but warm water will soften them up and after a couple of uses they soften up nice on their own. Just remember, you’re in control of the brush. Go lightly with the pressure at first until you get used to it, it’s your face not a car rim, and I like to go in small circles as I move about my face. I use a body brush that is similar to this, the body shop cactus body brush, and it’s the best for those looking for that real scrubbing you can only get from natural bristles. Nylon ones are useless. Anyways, I’m thrilled with these and their simplicity.

Review: When it’s late at night, and you’re looking at the website, and you see something that looks kind of cool so you order it, and then when it shows up you’re thinking, “Why did I get that?”That was me. But I took one of the brushes and I started brushing my face, like it showed in the video. I was leaning back in my recliner so my head was much further back than my body, and after brushing my cheeks and my nose and my forehead with this brush, I glanced down and my shirt looked like it’s been in a snow storm. It’s completely covered in little white speckles. All this massive amount of dead skin that was on my face, that I was unaware of. Wow.

Review: The description says these brushes have soft bristles—WRONG! These bristles are incredibly stiff and painful. They are better suited for cleaning shoes, not delicate facial skin. Buyer beware!

Title: Terrible for face
Review: Definitely do NOT purchase this if you are wanting a face exfoliator. It is way too rough for that and will absolutely cause damage to the skin. However, I’m giving 2 stars bc I used it to exfoliate my legs and arms before shaving and it worked very well for that. Super smooth shave!

Review: And I will spare you my sorry tale and sum it up.If you have sensitive skin that breaks down easily… these are not for you. Especially if you are acne prone. Your skin needs kindness.If you glow and thrive after a good vigorous scrub of your skin, then these are for you.I’m in the first group, My husband, the second. It’s not about whether or not these are great or not. It is whether they are right for you.My skin, that breaks into a scab at the smallest inflammation? This devastates it.My husband, with a beard that needs a LOT of exfoliating, loves it.So really, you have to decide if it is worth the gamble between very sensitive skin, and wonderful resilient skin. For the price? It’s worth the gamble (and four weeks recovery time for us sensitive folks)

Title: Great for teenage acne
Review: I have two teen boys who were starting to get acne. I gave them face brushes and if they use them regularly, their acne clears up. I had to specify, brush your face and then rinse/wash it. The boys have some weird aversion to water that’s not in a pond, lake or river.If they keep their hair clean (no greasy hair on their foreheads), brush and rinse regularly they really don’t have acne. No special face washes or ointments needed. These brushes are great!!
