Title: Best value for the money. Great system
Review: This is a great little camera set for the price. You can control everything from your TV with a mouse plus you can download the app to control from your phone. The base has a hard drive which is upgradable to six terabytes according to Candy, who I spoke with. On the second day after installation, the 1TB hard drive that came with it stopped working. I immediately contacted customer service by email and spoke with Candy. I was amazed at how fast she responded and quickly resolved my issue by reimbursing me for a new hard drive which was very easy to replace. I went back and forth with her for a few emails and she was always super quick to respond, very pleasant, very helpful, and very caring. I would buy these cameras just for the fact of the service that I received from her. I have attached a couple of pictures and videos so you can see the quality of these cameras. I have had a couple of different ones along the same price range prior to this one, and this one, by far, beats them. Not only that, but the others around the same price range have only been able to handle four cameras, while this one, although it comes with four, you can buy an additional six cameras for the same base making it a total of 10 cameras. With the storage being able to upgrade to 6TB, it’s a win-win for me. I honestly never thought I would find something that would please me until I got this. I know the video said that I would come back with the tracking video, but the review would let me only post one video

Title: NVR allows for its own signal and can see cameras on TV and cell phone, iPad no subscription for app
Review: The NVR is recording the 4 cameras 24/7 and no need for cloud storage fees. Can download videos to photos. I ordered a 14’ Ethernet cord and wireless mouse so I could plug NVR and wireless mouse plug into back of NVR and from Recliner pull up cameras and see what is going on, click one of the four cameras and pan tilt or zoom cameras from recliner. Also adjust settings for cameras, turn on off lights siren, infrared viewing or daylight or full color night with lights on camera. NVR connects to router, and create password so secure and can view alerts or check in on home, garage from anywhere and have full control of cameras and talk listen. Can add a total of 8 cameras to system and block out parts like my neighbors, so cameras don’t alert. On tv screen, easy to pull up calendar and select a specific one or all and watch recordings from past days. I lost the instructions while waiting for Ethernet cable and wireless mouse to arrive and contacted Amazon and Emma from the company contacted me ASAP. She was available 24/7 with me no matter if 2 am or day time and we FaceTime to set them up. This cameras are really nice since the flexibility of if internet goes down they are using there own WiFi from NVR. For the price point and functionality it’s everything I needed. I am on 8 liters of oxygen and can’t get to door fast so it’s not only a door cam but security cameras also. The video with Fed EX guy i just put up and had not adjusted picture settings. I have two more to mount outside. The cable for power with cable from camera is 10’. Did not need to buy ext cable and fits in enclosed outdoor plugs around ext of house and garage. Mounting bracket is 2 screws that come with camera and expansion inserts is like for drywall. Glad I bought these, Emma made it so easy. Glad I lost instructions. I was still using 2010 Foscam cameras . These cameras came already synced to NVR not like the old time cameras.

Title: Finally a good DVR system!
Review: I’ve bought several DVR’s and stand-alone cameras over the last decade, and they were all junk despite having good reviews.This DVR is EASY to set up, the cameras pretty much connect themselves once you get the DVR going. No need to scan QR codes or programming, just had to set up an account and put in wifi password.The phone app works perfectly, loads fast, no ads, and full control of cameras and recording history.The IR lights work great, but being in a well-lit area, I turn them off and they still see great at night.The cams also have great wifi range/connection, I have one cam more than 60 feet away through 3 walls and it has 4/5 bars connection. Motion sensitivity is also great, it notices anything that moves if I enable the feature.In summary I’d highly recommend this DVR system, which is something I’ve never said before about a DVR.

Review: Hard Drive failed after a couple of weeks. Took a couple of days to get a reply. They keep telling me they need more information. Got amazon involved. Amazon was great in helping me. The picture quality is fair to good. Has some good functions on the cameras. Easy set up. No mic. Cannot talk back and forth. Customer service could have been a lot better or I would of given the product 3 stars instead of one star. Sometimes cameras don’t move even with a strong signal. Functionality movement of the cameras seem to work better when using the app.times cameras don’t

Title: Did have an issue about 10 months in but they did fix the issue
Review: Really did like the product, but……DVR failed about 10 months in. Their solution is to purchase a subscription to cloud based service, which seems like a bit of a bait and switch scam. Sent them a message to request a new DVR. Silence. Would probably try another product if you are inexperienced the market. Camera picture quality good and the remote pan and zoom were great. Remote operation via the phone app was good. Just disappointed in the quality of the DVR.Update: Seller did remedy the issue which was a failed hard drive. The did go out of their way to make sure the problem was addressed, that I was satisfied, and extended the warranty another year. They did provide frequent updates and checked to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Review: I received the item on time, As expected there’s no HDD installed that’s why I installed 1 TB HDD. Set up the HDD into the DVR and it worked without any issues, then plug all the cameras,all cameras were good resolution. No issues were encountered because the cameras are already set up. Emma the support is proactive, they message me to ask if I encounter any issues upon set and offer some help. These are good cameras,no need to run cables, clear pictures, and easy to connect to the cloud, I can monitor my surroundings from my phone. I will give it a thumbs-up.

Review: So many people don’t know what electronics are good to buy online.. this product will work and does have good tech_support. The customer liason named Mia is really diligent and easy to communicate with.. Fast easy setup. Many options to set for image and camera detection modes. Rhe NVR does not come with a memory system but it is easy to install a HD drive if you don’t want to buy into the cloud.. I asked tech support (Mia) for a recommendation about which internal memory to buy. The 1 she recommended went in very simply and I now have a high resolution videos saved when something is detected. My internet service tech saw them and he took down the information so he can recommend the system to his clients when they ask about security cams. I connected a large monitor (t.v.) and speakers to the NVR. Also bought a wireless mouse so we can sit on the couch and switch views if we want.. very satisfied.

Review: It took me less than in 10 mins to setup the cameras and monitor, easy to learn!The solar camera system is an outstanding security solution. Review: This was my first experience with security cameras. I didn’t know much of what I was doing and it was a little frustrating trying to figure it out. That was until I decided to email for support. Emma was quick to reply and very knowledgeable! I should have asked her my questions right away.I ended up buying a Hard Drive for the unit so that I could record 24/7. It works great. My only slight disappointment is that the video is not as clear as I thought it would be. It is probably clear when things are close to the camera but at 30-50ft away it is not very clear. It works for me because I recognize everyone on the camera because they are regulars but I don’t think that you would be able to use it for identification purposes with strangers.For my 1st experience and especially for the price, this system is working well for me.Thanks Emma for all the support!
