Title: Nothing ‘void’ about this action-packed story
Review: Far removed from Connelly’s “good guy” protagonists in other books, the lead character In this book is a female crook who’s done time, is on parole, but back in the game with a Las Vegas heist to pull off. In this book, the ‘good guys’ are the crooks while the ‘bad guys’ are the ones who are supposed to be, if not exactly the good guys, at least not the bad guys. =)

Review: I find Connelly’s books a compulsive read and very difficult to put down without just reading right through on one go. This is not a Harry Bosch book and for a change the protagonist is a criminal – which is a nice twist. I found this book a bit slower to get into but it became the usual page turner after the first section. Highly recommended for any lover of crime fiction (just as all Connelly’s books are).
