Title: Very useful and hold up well made
Review: As noted in other videos, weights are very much skewed from regular weights (purchase much higher then you would map to dead weight), but quality of bands and options of handles, band covers etc was good. The protection band if your using around abrasive pipe is too small (thickness and length: only fits 3 bands and pile no more than 1-2″ diameter would be protected). The other issue is band connections to clip is square and with ring and that square connector, many exercises it is abrasive and rubs raw when it touches you during the pull. I ended up using small towl and wrapping /taping ends/rings. But this overall has been a great product.
