Title: Excellent customer service
Review: I purchased a REDTIGER F17 dash cam recently My first dashcam. It was for my son’s car to monitor his driving habits and also for his protection. Been debating to get one but finally pulled the trigger. This one had front, inside, and rear recording. Did a lot of research before my purchase and I chose REDTIGER because it had great reviews but mainly I was impressed with their customer reviews. Price and quality I think you get a lot for your money it’s worth it. It comes with a 64 gb micro memory card which is enough but I bought myself a 128gb not necessary. I wasn’t sure if I could install it myself and hide the wires correctly but wanted to save money on the install. So I did it myself. It’s not too difficult but I think the average person might have some difficulty. It’s not hard but it’s not easy either. Took me about 1.5 hours reading the instructions and deciding how to place the wire throughout the car. I ended up repositioning the camera a few times for the best camera view since it’s my first time so I ended up ruining the sticker you put on the windshield.and the 3M sticker. I called customer service the same day of the install on a Sunday afternoon and was able to reach someone and explain what happened and if they could send me additional stickers I needed to replace. It was a very easy process they were very understanding and said they would send it out right away. Wow I didn’t expect to get my replacement stickers 2 days later I thought it would take at least a week. The camera does everything I expected and video quality is very good. The app could be a lot better. The WiFi stuff is a little buggy but for the most part I am really happy with my purchase. I think having good customer service is so important and they definitely back it up.

Title: Great dashcam kit
Review: I ordered this after reading the reviews on the product. I had been looking to buy one and saw some footage someone had shared from their RedTiger cam. Great picture quality, easy functionality, easy to install. The kit came with everything needed to make a neat job of running the cord to the cam. My only “complaint” is that the mount that is applied to the windshield that connects to the cam was wonky. Any time I hit some uneven terrain or even had to brake harder than usual, the cam would move upward cutting off half of what it was recording in front of me. I tried to tighten it up but the mount was just faulty. It kept moving out of place. I reached out to RedTiger customer support and they fixed me up. Very prompt communication and follow through. I had a replacement mount with all the adhesive pads needed to replace the mount in a day. The new one is much better. I rate the kit 5 stars for the quality product but also because customer support is top notch. You can’t go wrong with this company.

Title: Highly recommend!
Review: I bought one of these and the installation and everything was so easy to get it up and running. I was done in like 45 minutes after I figured out which fuses I was going to tap into. Picture quality is amazing. Been a couple of weeks and works flawlessly. I hardwired it, and am still playing around with the settings but for the price and what you get you can’t beat it. Best thing the customer service is ridiculously amazing. Answered all my questions, made sure I got the correct hardwire kit, and told me if any issues to reach back out to them. Very responsive and helpful. I am really happy with my purchases and highly recommend the redtiger dashcams! Installed on a 2024 rav4 hybrid and about to start installation on my 2023 sequioa hybrid which is a bit more complex on the install due to the car not the kit.

Title: great product with great resolution
Review: This is my second Red Tiger dash cam. I like this one much better than the older model (older model still did a great job with great resolution). This camera was very easy to install (took about an hour in a crew cab truck) including tucking the wires.This camera has great resolution… three cameras to monitor front, back, and inside.I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants peace of mind when driving.

Review: The 3 channel camera works very well, I recommend this one if you do any ride share such as lyft or uber. I also had some technical problems at the beginning and their customer support team was super helpful and we got the problem resolved. They even followed up to make sure it was working. Title: It’s okay. Not as clear/detailed as they say; UPDATED
Review: The cameras are great for stationary objects. But anything moving does not come out clear. Tried capturing some footage only to find that I could not get the detail and clarity I was hoping for (I.e. I can’t see license plate numbers in case I get side swiped overnight again which is extremely important and kind of the point of this right?). Spend the extra money and get the F77 instead. You get what you pay for.UPDATE: RedTiger reached out right away to work with me to find a solution to this problem. Within 48 hours, I was able to upgrade to the F77 and it is PERFECT. It is exactly what I was looking for. It’s crystal clear video quality. User friendly. Easy to install. And sleek. Don’t second guess this purchase. It’s worth it! On top of that, wonderful customer service.

Review: Great. Easy to install. I did the hard wire. So I have to running 24/7 . Front and interior camera are great.I had issues with thr back camera where it’s too dark. And if I angle it lower the brightness Is fixed but can’t see anything because of my car back glass angle. Also back cars number plates are not visible at all. Too blurred.Update: I tried adjusting the back camera to a different place lower on the back glass and the electro static tape ended up ripping 3 of 4 of my rear glass defroster lines. That was never mentioned as being an issue it’s a major issue. I live in a cold region and being able to see while driving depends on that.So now I have to pay to get that fixed. Before winter. And the worst part it the new place I fixed the back cam wasn’t any better so I ruined my defroster for no reason. So now I moved it back to where there was some visibility .Update: I reached out to their Support and they responded immediately and were more than helpful the even sent over a different rear WDR camera (Wide Dynamic Range) over no expense to me.This rear camera is so much better and has more natural colors and is also a lot clearer than the previous one. This WDR Camera make darker areas appear more natural and the skies more blue. This is especially helpful because now u can see number plates of cars behind even in sunny or cloudy weather.I really wish the WDR Camera rear came shipped standard so I hadn’t ruined by top 3 lines of the rear glass defogger. But still grateful that they were nice enough to send a replacement so quick.
