Title: Very Glitchy
Review: Very glitchy and stopped working completely after 2 weeks. Computer prompt Said that it couldn’t get activation access due to this companies server issues.Will order 1 more time to see if this company worked all the “bugs” out of their servers

Title: Extremely limited in function
Review: Printchecks PRO is a very basic check writing program. There doesn’t seem to be any user guide available, just a few short instructional videos on their web site. The check register only shows transactions (debit, credit), but does not show the account balance. There is no ability to reconcile the check register with bank account statements. Their customer support site answered my first 2 questions, but then ignored subsequent requests.

Title: WORKS VERY WELL
Review: IT WORKS VERY ONCE YOU UNDERSTAND THE USER INTERFACE .I WAS ABLE TO PRINT CHECKS AFTER ONLY PLAYING WITH IT FOR THIRTY MINUTES.JUST AS GOOD AS THE ONES I PURCHASED FROM INTUIT.HAVE NOT TRIED ADDING LOGOS

Title: Waste of time and money
Review: I bought this on 6/2024 and never the application could complete the installation.Since then, I have called them literally dozens of times, the last time two days ago.They always promised a call back but never happened.The worst customer services to expect.Already almost 8 months and no solution.SHAME ON THEM!!

Title: Not as flexible as it may seem
Review: I use pre-printed checks from Deluxe for two of my accounts. One of the advantages of these checks is they have vouchers – an area that you can list out details of what you are sending the payment for.After reading the product description, the software provider made it sound like they allowed the use of the vouchers and customizations. That’s partially true. If you want to set up space for invoice #’s and amounts – good luck – you basically have a very entry level text file editor. They have “fields” that you can put on the voucher, but, they are essentially ONLY the fields that you enter for the check in the first place.I’m also disappointed that you can’t control what fonts are used.Overall, this is only marginally better than what I can do in Quicken. Customizations are limited at best.What I was impressed with was the ability to import from Excel or text files for batch printing. If they had that, with the ability to import remittance details for the vouchers, PLUS better font customizations this would be a SIX-STAR product. For the price, it barely meets expectations (but I give it 3 stars overall because, it does work.)NOTE: My first shipment came in a sealed, Amazon brown padded envelope, but upon opening, NOTHING WAS INSIDE. Asked for replacement and this time similar packaging contained a CD-ROM sized package.

Title: Good software / poor support
Review: Software is good. Lots of flexibility. Not for the novice. There is NO support. I contacted them. They are no help at all. Only depend on sending you to videos. Why bother having a support line?
