Title: Used and damaged
Review: Not only was the item obviously used but it was bent. I already have a damaged one, that’s why I ordered a replacement, I didn’t need another damaged one. I have processed a replacement so we will see if the replacement is new or used.

Title: Only one for the price. Not two as shown.
Review: It would’ve been informative in the information to let the consumer know that they are only purchasing one arm at a time. The picture shows there are two arms giving you the impression that you were purchasing two. I would correct this as to not mislead the public. Had I known I would have added two to my cart. Now I get to wait longer for it to arrive so that I can install it. Besides the fact that the paint is already chipped and was wrapped in lots of bubble wrap.

Title: Same good quality replacement.
Review: One complaint absolutely no packing material in the box and they through the steel pieces in the box with some plastic bottles that I had ordered. That was pretty dumb by the packer. The steel strut’s went on easy and fit just right. Would order again.
