Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought cheaper ones I had to return these are the ones to buy!!!! They use 3m tape and they are a lot brighter and adjustable. Again if looking to buy led strips buy this set!!!

Title: Easy to set up!
Review: Really easy to set up. The back being made of tape is so helpful and I like all the different color options and modes. You can do DIY modes which let you select specific RGB values (to a degree) and get custom colors that aren’t preset on the remote.I’m giving it 4 stars for a couple inconveniences. One is that on the remote you can only go between like 5 brightness options using the brightness button, even though the lights can go dimmer but you have to use the diy settings for that. As well the box that acts as the receiver for the remote signals has to be right next to start of the lights, meaning if you want the lights to go up higher you have to do what I did in one of my photos and have the go down towards a plug and then go up to the height you wanted. It’s not a major deal but it is definitely ugly aesthetically. If either the power source had a longer cable or the receiver didn’t have to be so close it would be better.

Review: Very bright lights. The remote is bigger than normal, which is great for my senior moms fingers. I applied this up my dark staircase so she didn’t have to cross the room to turn the lights on and off in the dark early morning or before bed. I set it up on a timer plug and it works perfectly. The lights dim down to prevent blaring light if we are still asleep. Perfect fix for my dark staircase.The strip was slightly too long but this one has markings to cut to fit. Very happy with it.
