Title: Missing parts
Review: Box was missing numerous parts. Called Kichler help line, which was not helpful, as they said the product was likely a returned item and thus a distributor issue and not a Kichler problem. Fortunately, can return it easily via Amazon.Obviously would not recommend as there is no ability to address any problems with the product besides returning it.

Title: Nice Linear Chandelier
Review: I like the size, shape and finish on the chandelier. The shades feel a bit small, so I will replace them which is an easy fix.
