Title: THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE ROCKED!
Review: I am very pleased with my refrigerator for my garage. It’s perfect. I am more pleased with the amazing brother and sister team of immigrants who delivered it. They spoke little English; but, were great with delivery, set-up and clean-up. As they finished, they called their supervisor to wrap up the delivery with me.

Title: Crappy service from Sears
Review: The refrigerator door will not stay closed. It pops open. I have called Sears repair for 4 days and spoke to 4 representatives who cannot seem to get the address correct or the dates. They cancelled on us and never said why. Today, they said the technician is on his way and I received a text with the wrong address. This is horrible service and I am surprised at Amazon for doing business like this or allowing it to happen to a regular customer. We order a significant amount of merchandise as a DC government agency and deserve better customer service.
