Customers say
Customers find the extension tubes work well with Nikon Z5 and 45-150mm lenses, offering good value as an affordable macro lens alternative. The build quality is positive, with customers describing it as premium, and they appreciate the picture quality, with one mentioning high-resolution copies of old photo slides. While some customers find them easy to use, others note the need for a detailed user manual. Customers disagree on whether the tubes are made of metal or plastic, and there are mixed opinions about the fit and autofocus functionality.

Title: A real steal of an accessory for Nikon Z cameras.
Review: Okay, for that price, right? Erm, I don’t think it it’s good.Well, since there is no Macro for my camera, I gave it a shot. After all, for that price, what could I lose?It turns out that this is great (see photo)! I’m from that time when extension rings on a camera meant that you loose quality. Not these. It also gives me so much flexibility as to how close or how far I want to be. How much magnification I want. And you can still use auto focus, auto everything (although I recommend F11 lens setting).

Title: Needs to be stiffer and flex less
Review: For the price its ok..They would be better if they were stronger and did not flex.Especially if you use both extensions at the same time.If I was using for pro-work I would recommend getting stronger/stiffer extensions that likely cost more. These are just plastic and the adapter fit is loose. This will mess with your focus on the edges of image.

Title: JJC is the best. These extension tubes worked perfectly.
Review: Works perfectly and it also came with a nice bag. The bag was too nice for the extension tube so I use the bag with my nifty 50. Great product and I would buy again.

Title: They are okay…
Review: They will work, but the fit is not very tight. Also, they are made of light plastic and it will only be time before they fail.

Title: Poor quality images and product
Review: Had a difficult time auto focusing and even when I went manual focus, the results were less than spectacular. Shot with Canon 5D Mark II 50mm 1.4 lens at f 4.0. Tried both auto focus and manual focus. First pic with the extender, second pic without. Glad these were inexpensive. The quality of the product also felt cheap. Not the sturdy stuff I’m used to. If I decide I really need an extender, I’m sticking with Canon product.

Title: Good Quality materials
Review: Very sturdy set, was thinking there were 3 pieces because the picture is kinda misleading. Haven’t really gone out and shot a lot with it yet but did check it out with some items around my house. Was impressed with the quality just having to switch back and forth might be a bit of a pain.

Review: The fiiting is perfect. No shaking in videography, Well Autofocus, total 26mm focus distance. Very well made. Must buy for macrophotography lovers. Just it doesn’t give more closer shots as I expected. But it really helped me.

Review: I purchased the X-Mount JJC extension tubes after a very long wait for different set I had ordered from somewhere else and when they arrived the 16mm extension did not function. When I saw these in stock for Fuji X-Mount I decided to give them a try. These are all plastic with the only metal being on the side the lens will attach and the contacts for AF. I personally don’t mind it considering the price of these. The fit is not perfect and they are just a bit loose, at least with XF 18-55mm f2.8-4.0 kit lens attached. The small amount of play hasn’t seemed to effect the performance of these tubes in regards to AF and picture quality even when using the 16mm and 11mm attached. The AF while using these feels sluggish compared to using just the lens but is still acceptable and in the situations in which you would benefit from using extension tubes I would recommend MF with focus peaking on if that’s a feature your camera offers.Overall I would recommend these extension tubes to anyone interested in trying macro style photography. I would also STRONGLY recommend reading about extension tubes and understanding how they work before purchasing them so you don’t end up wasting money on something that is not going to work for you.

Review: I already have glass at various focal lengths and never could justify the hundreds of dollars to get a dedicated macro lens. These extension tubes are the perfect solution and I can enjoy the same optical quality I expect from my existing glass.Autofocus works great and it literally transformed my existing lenses into macro ones. Super compact too, a great accessory to keep in the bag
