Title: No dongle – couldn’t connect.
Review: For some reason the box didn’t have the USB dongle – haven’t been able to get it to work with my computer (for work). No way to chat with support, no options I’ve found to email. I would avoid this headset despite the reputation of Jabra. I’ll be returning this probably in the next 24 hours if I can’t find some kind of support.

Title: Battery power is great, but I’m still crossing my fingers on mic quality!
Review: I purchased this headset because my last headset’s battery power was complete garbage.This headset’s battery power is impressive. I can go more than a work day before having to charge the headset. I’ve had no issues with sound quality or noise cancellation either.However, I will say that the last time I used the headset for a WebEx meeting, my coworkers told me I started to sound like I was “walking into a cave.” It progressively got worse to the point that I had to switch my audio to my phone. The battery power was high at the time and I hadn’t moved from my laptop throughout the entire meeting. Hopefully this is a one-time thing.

Title: Perfect for Office Use
Review: Comfortable enough for those all day Zoom meetings. Sound quality is excellent. Easy to set up. Fast mute feature by just lifting up the microphone is a major plus. Terrific all around office headphone.

Title: Randomly Won’t Play Sound
Review: When it works, it’s great. Good sound quality, good mic quality, good battery life, etc. However, for whatever reason it will randomly just stop playing sound. It doesn’t disconnect, no notifications of lost connection or anything, it’ll still be connected to the computer and still shows as an active sound output but it won’t play any noise and you have to restart the headset, after which it works fine until it breaks again. This happens with both the JabraLink USB receiver and normal BlueTooth, I’ve tried messing with a bunch of settings in the configuration app, I’ve tried researching the issue through Google, but it just doesn’t want to work. The only silver-lining is it “only” happens once or twice a day.
