Title: Heavy-duty pan and rack is a good value
Review: I was pleasantly surprised when unboxing this baking sheet; it really is a heavy-duty aluminum pan. I like that it has a rack that fits perfectly inside it. I’ll still use parchment paper on the bottom, since that helps extend the lifespan of the bakeware because you won’t have to scrub nearly as much for cleanup – and these do need to be hand washed. The rack is fantastic for elevating those foods that release a lot of fat during cooking so your food isn’t swimming in grease. It also doubles as a separate cooling rack – two for one! I always use those scrubbie pads with a yellow sponge on one side and the green, more abrasive material on the other. The green side will scuff up the shiny surface. The pan is still perfectly functional, just be aware the highly polished surface won’t last long if you want a truly clean pan. I feel that this purchase is a good value for the pan and the included rack, and with proper care it should last a long time.

Review: This has ben a great sheet with rack!Its nice and heavy duty. The size is perfect for my baking style.I have others that are a rack but not as supported as this one is.This I can make fried chicken and use it to do the fine step of baking. It has been great and with how close the cross supports are it holds my crispy chicken parts all together better through the baking and then freezing.I have had no rusting issues. Even after all the things I have used it for it still looks brand new

Review: This baking sheet and cooling rack set has a good strong quality feel to it. However, they were not in good condition. The baking sheet is covered in scratches and has a notable divot in the surface. Both pieces feel very sturdy and the baking sheet has a nice high lip and bakes very well. I’ve made both homemade pizza and chicken legs on it so far, and they cooked very nicely. However, it also scratches very easily and scratched on its first wash with a soft cloth. In addition, the underside of the baking sheet is not well made. The corners are not sealed, leaving them open to water accumulation if not washed carefully by hand (see pic).
