Title: Adorable and Entertaining Gift
Review: My granddaughter requested this item as a present for her 6th birthday. My daughter and I were wary of ordering it, but went ahead. Please do not hesitate to get this item. My daughter told me that she, her husband and the girls all enjoyed the process of putting the mix in the mold and placing it in the freezer. After a few seconds, a musical tone played and they opened the door to the freezer. There in place of the small plastic mold was the adorable little animal, shivering and making funny noises. My granddaughter was thrilled. We don’t understand how it works, but it gives the impression of being magical. I am tempted to order one for myself! Very satisfied!

Title: Cool As seen on TV Toy
Review: This item took forever to get here— I actually think I may have cancelled my original order and reordered it later on… when we finally received it, it was a little tricky to explain with an excited 5-year-old to explain how to do it. Also, I unpackaged it, and when you opened the fridge door, the cake automatically popped out, so I had to handle it carefully while we tried to understand the directions. Overall, a fun toy that my daughter saw on the internet and wanted to try. It was cute- it wasn’t that easy to use, but that was also 4 months of anticipation for her toy to get here. Since we opened it, the fridge is durable and holds tons of things for her, and the plushie itself is good quality. Again, good value for the money if you have five seconds to think before your kid rips open the box.

Title: Do not waste money on this
Review: My 3 year old daughter found this toy in the Amazon Christmas Toy’s catalog. It was the only thing she talked about wanting for Christmas. She put it on her list. She asked Santa for it. She told everyone she talked to that for Christmas she wanted the cake maker and to make the cake stuffy.We ordered it in plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. First package was supposed to be delivered, but became delayed. Delayed. Delayed. Updates stopped arriving on the 21st from tracking, but Amazon continued to update the date of delivery saying it would be here by 21st, 22nd, 23rd, the 24th. On the 24th, the order also updated to say ‘If this doesn’t arrive today, check back for a refund tomorrow’. Doesn’t show up.I keep checking the order. We tell our daughter ‘Santa is working extra hard making your cake maker, don’t worry he told us it might be late’.4 days after Christmas the Amazon order updates that the shipment was lost and I need to request a refund or a replacement. I talk to support, tell them I need a replacement (have no idea why I need to ask for a replacement and it isn’t automated, but whatever). They tell me that the product was damaged and it was returned to the vendor. Again, not sure why neither Amazon or the vendor let me know this or sent a replacment. I tell them I would like a replacement and they tell me sure. It will be delivered on the 30th and they promise it will come this time.It arrives on the 30th. However, the package is making an awful noise on repeat after a 4-5 second invterval that to me sounds like batteries dying. It scares my daughter. The noise eventually stopped.This morning (1/1), we opened it up to make it. The timer did not work. The lift (even after removing the 5 screws correctly) did not work. I had to take the entire thing apart to get the lift working. Even then, it would not disappear the cake we made, the plush would only go down and sit on top of it so both cakes were revealed. I went to the vendor website multiple times, but none of the help was useful. I finally decided to just replace the batteries and give the plush to my daughter by itself. With the batteries replaced and the plush in any of the 3 modes, it does nothing. No sound. Button doesn’t work. So now she has a heavy cake plush that doesn’t make any sound.She loved making the cake. She loves the plush. She doesn’t understand anything that happened from wanting it to getting the cake. Waste of time and money.

Title: Great.. BUT BE CAREFUL
Review: Great product, kids loved it and where so bewitched by it. BUT, the only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is that, I ordered 3 while my sis-in-law ordered 2 (there’s a lot of small girls in our family) and ALL OF THEM are the SAME one; the mint bear.5 MINT BEARS! I would have loved to at least get 1 of the other 2.So yeah, if you decide to get more than 1 wanting to complete the set, just know you might just get the mint bear.

It’s like Willy Wonka opened a Build-A-Bear.We mixed, we waited, and then—BAM! Out pops a soft, squishy, slightly cold plushie that smells like it was baked by tiny dessert elves. Ours smelled like vanilla cupcakes and childhood joy. My kid screamed with happiness. I may have teared up.
