Review: Finally a case that fits my 2012 Kindle Fire. My previous case lasted 13 years. I had almost given finding one for a Kindle this old. The charger slot, audio plugin, and on/off button align perfectly. Attractive cover and all print is visible. Perfect!

Review: I had one of these cases for my original kindle fire from 2012, but it was starting to peel quite a bit, so I ordered a replacement. I was glad someone still made them. Only thing is it’s a bit crooked, like the mold was slightly off. It doesn’t bother me too much and didn’t affect the fit, so I can’t complain too much about that!

Review: I had no idea trying to find a cover would be so hard! Ok let me back up..My kindle was a hand me down from my mom ( yeah yeah make fun of me!) and it sat in a drawer for several years before I fired it up and started using it. The old case was worn out so I started looking for a new one. Found one and ordered it but it was just a bit small. I then found out that no where on my kindle does it saw what it is…Just says KINDLE on the back….I had to look up the model number on line and only then did it tell me that I have a 2012 Kindle Fire 1st Generation…DANG I had no idea it was this old! I mean did the cavemen use these things!?!?! Anyway I THEN found out that you can’t find many covers that would fit this ancient device! I mean this is pretty much it…I think… But THIS cover works just fine. So If you have one of these old fashioned Kindles that Adam and or Eve used around the time the snake showed up with that apple then save yourself a lot of time and get this cover! And if you don’t know WHO Adam and Eve were then download a book called The Bible and read it with your 2012 Kindle Fire 1st Generation with it’s fancy new cover!
