Title: These are cool
Review: My kids absolutely love these lights, especially the RGB feature. They have so much fun changing the colors to match their mood or the time of day. The colors are vibrant and crisp, and the lights are very responsive. It’s amazing how something so simple can add so much fun and personality to the room. The kids can’t get enough of it, and I love how easy it is to adjust the lighting whenever we need it.

Title: Good smart bulbs… yet another smart app needed
Review: It looks like the DAYBETTER Smart Light Bulbs are currently unavailable.I’ve been upgrading all the lights in my house with smart lights and/or smart switches. I’d say I’m at about 80%. Unfortunately, I’ve discovered that unless you buy everything from the same manufacturer, you will end up with multiple apps to manage your lights and switches. To date, here are all the smart apps I’ve had to install on my iphone to manage everything: Philips Hue, Tuya Smart, Cync, Lumary, CloudyBay, Feit Electric, ELEGRP HOME, Smart Life, Hello Fairy, etc. Thankfully, they all work with Alexa, which has become the de factor common interface. However, Alexa doesn’t give you all the controls that the apps do. So I was disappointed when I discovered that the DAYBETTER smart light bulbs require their own DayBetter smartphone app to manage the bulbs. Most of my other smart apps support multiple lights or devices, but the DayBetter app will only support these two light bulbs. I almost considered not installing the app and using these as regular light bulbs, but I went ahead and installed the app. The bulbs and app work well. And they integrate with Alexa. I just wish I didn’t have to install yet another smart home app to use these.

Title: Stays connected even far from my router and I can do so much with the DayBetter app
Review: I use the DayBetter app to control my bulbs. I got it from the Google Play Store. Setting them up was easy. I made a DayBetter account, and one bulb showed up right away. I could give each bulb its own name.All bulbs connect through 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi. I linked DayBetter to Google Home. Now I tell my Google Home speaker to control them. They work even far away from my router.The white light can go from warm (2700K) to cool (6500K). Each bulb uses 9 watts. They’re bright—800LM each.I can do more than just dim or change colors. I set schedules, like turning on at sunset.
