Title: Hilarious, runs large
Review: This is just as described. I have a large head (literally, motorcycle helmet size is adult large) and this costume was still loose around the face and head. It might stay put if I wear a beanie underneath, but it would work well if you have a full beard or just a head bigger than size large. I did have to tweak the stuffing around a bit out of the packaging to “fluff” up the stuffing into the top part of the pepper to keep it standing up, but that took like 20 seconds and made it look great.

Review: This is a cute and easy costume. The quality is pretty good. The fit runs small. I have a normal size head however it didn’t fully cover my head like it shows on the person in the picture. Because of this it’s not as cute.
