Title: So easy to set! Robust chain attachment.
Review: Happy with this purchase, I bought another very similar appearing watch for my Mother 5 months ago but a flimsy wire clip on that one that attached the chain came off and Mom couldn’t see well enough to find it, the crystal had mysteriously cracked as well. Chain attachment for this watch is much more robust plus setting time is way, way quicker and easier than the other watch and this one is less expensive. I’m sure Mom’s going to like it, she really enjoyed wearing the other one too while it stayed together.

Title: Love it!
Review: I purchased this for my grandmother who is blind. My grandmother mother loved this and was happy she could find out the time on her own as she wasn’t very good with most electronics. I highly recommend this product!

Title: Poor Quality
Review: This watch was advertised as having a male English voice. The watch had a female voice with a heavy dialect that mispronounced time (such as “two oh” for 2:00) which confused the elderly user. It has a squawking sound that comes a few seconds after announcing the time. And it stopped working after six months. She has used talking pendant watches for many years and battery life is usually measured in years, not months. My dilemma is how to find a replacement that won’t be as poor quality. The description of this watch was not correct. How can I trust others?

Title: Does not perform as advertised
Review: The voice part is very noisy and difficult to hear. I purchased this item far my wife as she is legally blind. It is totally useless for her. Usually purchases include a return label. None was included with the item. I need to return the item and get a refund.
