Title: What happened to these towels??
Review: These have been great for literally years, but the last case of towels are thinner, and smaller, both aspects by A LOT. See picture for the dramatic difference in quality & size!! Pretty disappointed, and would love to know if this is a permanent change. If so, I won’t be buying them again……

Review: I bought this product for my home based day care and for my large household 2 adults and 4 kids plus day care children We have extremely high use of paper towels all day long, hand washing various times a day regular paper towels weren’t enough, plus a lot of towels were going to waste because my kids would pull two and three regular towels at a time. These towels last a lot longer. I bought the regular capacity Georgia pacific center pull wall unit for these towels and it works great! Kids only pull one at a time and the durability is pretty impressive. They have good absorption enough to to pick up spills too without using to many towels. I’m happy with the product so far. I bought these in December and have only used only two rolls one which is now in the unit with a lot of daily use. The only thing I don’t like is when the roll is finishing the paper gets stuck when they’re still a few paper towels left but I don’t mind I just use what’s left to clean Etc. I would definitely recommend this product. I might try the amazon brand when this box runs out.

Title: Almost impossible to pull the center cardboard
Review: I’ve been using these for years and I have yet to find a way to pull out the cardboard center that actually works. I’ve watched the how-to videos and just have to laugh. That’s not how it works in real-life. The center cardboard isn’t perforated and it doesn’t pull out. You’ll end up cutting it into pieces and clawing it out a bit at a time.Once you finally get that blasted tube out of the center the rest is easy and works as it should. It’s just that center tube that’s a real pain. I’ve had multiple people attempt it and most give up and walk away. It’s a design flaw.

Title: Overpaying for low quality product
Review: Started off a decent price, so I signed up on auto delivery, just realized they are now charging me 70 dollars a box which is ridiculous. I just switched to a different brand that’s softer and nicer for 27 dollars a box. Not happy being overcharged.

Review: The Georgia Pacific product is excellent. I’ve been buying it for awhile.I ordered Centerpull Towels though the Georgia Pacific store on Amazon this time, and was sent generic towels, branded as GEN203. Apparently sold to me by SMASSERVICES. Not actually sold to me by Georgia Pacific.I’ve tried generic towels in the past, and they’re not good enough.I would ask Georgia Pacific to please take control of their own Amazon store. And sell us genuine products.
