Title: Solid lock backed by great service!
Review: Fit and finish is very very good. Install instructions are solid. This was a retrofit and went in as easily as any other swap. Programming was good, I did have to use a magnifier to read the programming sequence in the instructions. I like the multiple codes, I like the fact you can “pad” the codes with fake numbers, I like the way it lights up. I like the way the mechanism functions. The programmable re-lock is a good feature. I had an issue with my keys and the vendor responded very quickly and took care of the issue very promptly. I think it is an excellent value.I would buy this brand again!

Title: IT ONLY WORKS FOR A LITTLE WHILE.
Review: After a small period of time the lock stopped working. We tried everything to get it working once again but failed.At last we discovered if we removed the battery cover from the back of the lock and moved the batteries the lock would work for a little time, that however didn’t help us while on the other side of the door. We contacted the KUCACCI company and they were NO help! We feel the material used to hold the batteries isn’t quite right to maintain contact with the batteries. We tried several different kinds with same result. I would like to add an update. Today is 6/12/25 I had contacted Kucacci as stated above and they, at last, sent a new “smart lock. I just would like to know if they made any changes in the material used, if not it isn’t worth the time to install it.
