Title: Can’t hear from the Bluetooth
Review: I got this pl for work because we use walkies there. I don’t like the connection with the Bluetooth. You could barely hear out of it even with the volume on high. And the recipient can’t hear you. Beside it alright. I won’t buy again. Looking for a better wireless headset walkies.

Title: Did not work on VOX mode, otherwise ok
Review: From an appearance and quality construction perspective, it was impressed. They look very durable, yet I bought them specifically to use the VOX (hands free) mode. The walkie talkies worked fine in all other modes, including pairing with the wireless earphone, but not on VOX. If you don’t need VOX, you’ll probably be very satisfied with these, but I ended up sending them back. Instructions need to be re-translated because the English is not clear and does not match the info on their website on a few settings, at least as of the time of my review.

Title: Non-returnable
Review: On the main page where it says return policy, it said eligible for refund return. That is deceiving, it infers you can return them. I bought these radios to try for our security team, but they didn’t perform well and the bluetooth ear piece only has 2 options to fit the ear. And both suck, the hook causes it to pull away from the ear and the wedge isn’t big enough and it just falls out of your ear.I wouldn’t have purchased these if I knew I couldn’t return them. You have to click another level to see that these are not returnable unless they arrive damaged.They need to be more clear. Lesson learned for me.

Title: Excellent Product
Review: Very high quality walkie talkies. Very professional durable look and feel. Range and quality is excellent. I was eventually able to set up the Bluetooth features. You can use the Bluetooth units for regular cell phones.Installation Tips: 1) The only issue I had with these units was the setup features. The manual reference a “identify key” to activate certain features such as turning on the flashlight. This unit does NOT have “identify key”. To get the flashlight to work I had to press and hold the “PF2” for 2 seconds. 2) It was not very clear how to the unit to go into the Bluetooth pair mode. The instructions is not very clear. I had to watch a video to figure it out. Basically you will need to press and hold the “PTT” and “PF2” and THEN turn the unit ON using the Power Switch. It paired without issues and work accordingly.All and all the product is great… I think the company is providing the INCORRECT User Manual which is causing the negative reviews. I hope this helps. Looking forward to add this to our home preparedness items.
