Title: Not name brand
Review: I didn’t realize these weren’t name brand. The box is deceiving. I have a cannon printer and saw that these were pretty cheap so I bought them. I figured I’d give them a shot. So far they do the job. I’ve only printed about 16 pages but they work just fine.

Review: Edited Review:Customer service was amazing! They saw my review with and personally reached out to rectify the situation! They replaced my color cartridge at no cost and I was beyond grateful! The sole reason for us having a printer is for my elementary aged son and we use it to print a lot of material for him for school. Money is always a consideration when we purchase things so to buy something and it not work as it should when we need it is always hard. We truly appreciate a company that cares about their customers and making things right, not just about making another buck! I’ll definitely make future purchases with them due to the great customer service!I installed both cartridges and the black worked fine. My printer won’t read the color ink no matter what I do. I’ve ordered from this company before so I’m not sure what the issue is but bottom line is I will need to purchase another color cartridge to try to print.

Title: DO NOT BUY
Review: The ink is horrible don’t buy. I have always bought my ink from staples and my printer has been working just fine. Now that I switched my ink to this one, my printer is having problems. I think they are giving us old cartridges because it looks like they scrapped off the cannon logo.

Review: I’m always a little leary of off-brand replacements, these have been great. Packaged well and seated in the printer correctly. I’ve printed a couple times since inserting and the color quality has been good. There was a small mailing envelope included to send your empty cartridges back for recycling. That made be very happy. I like to recycle whenever I can. I would order again.
