Review: Update:My previous review mentioned that the item came used even though I paid full-price for a new product.The seller promptly emailed and apologised and explained they use a third-party fulfillment company and was sorry for the condition of the item I received.They offered 2 solutions and we agreed that a refund would be most suitable. Seller was eager to solve the issue, and was pleasant and professional in their correspondence.Previous review mentioned the used item that was shipped.
