Review: I’ve only had this product for ten days. Nevertheless, I have osteoarthritis in my hands and this lawn mower was easy to assemble, start and use. This Lawn mower is easy to maneuver, cuts grass well and almost cuts the grass of the entire property on an hour and a half charge.

Title: Lightweight and has worked for me- good luck with parts- so engineer your own fixes
Review: I have been using this mower for several years now and lucky for me the batteries still work well. It is light and I have a small yard so it is a good fit for my needs. It will bog down in tall thick grass as the max height adjustment is about 3″ so either make multiple passes or bag it. I bring the batteries in before winter, fully charge them and so far so good. With 4 vehicles to maintain, I just got tired changing oil in the lawn mower as well as always having to have 2 gallons of petrol on hand. Did not give 5 stars due to lack of support for and the cost of replacement parts. The 17″ blade shows as $59.99 and out of stock on the Litheli website. A whole new mower is about $189.99 so just the blade is about 32% of the cost for the whole mower? If I could even find the batteries, I suspect 2 batteries and a blade would mechanically total the mower. Thus, I purchased a blade sharpening kit and have gotten quite good at sharpening the blade. The plastic upper handle attachments failed but I replaced with 2 carriage bolts, split washers and wing nuts- cheap fix. The tires are plastic and wore out so I found replacement universal rubber lawn mower wheels in the same diameter and was able to make those work. Bag is small but the mower mulches well as long as grass not too tall. It will not mulch leaves or seed pods cleanly so I use a yard vac for that. The body of the mower is held on with torx head fasteners and they routinely loosen so get a set of torx bits/drivers and check those and tighten as needed. It is plastic and made in China so I did not have high hopes but it has met my expectations and is great for my back.

Title: Worst purchase from Amazon in a long time.
Review: Assembled, charged batteries (took about an hour). Inserted safety key. Turned on and “NOTHING”!! Totally dead !!Box was fine so this is not shipping damage. Do they have zero quality control at their factory ? It would take less than a minute to make sure you are sending out a working unit.Now I have to disassemble, get it back in box and and drag it outside so UPS can pick up. A waste of my time, all because of their lack of quality control. Totally unacceptable. They obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction !!

Title: Good battery life
Review: Need a lawn mower that could do our hold on without having to recharge the battery like the one that we had. Our old electric lawn mower would die after completing 75 to 80% of the lawn. That was just aggravating and purchasing a extra battery was almost as much as this brand new lawn mower. Bottom line it cuts the entire lawn in one go. Highly recommend

Title: Disappointed would not recommend
Review: A little disappointed I only got this mower because my riding tractor can’t get in the spaces in my yard and it’s too much to do with a Weedwhacker. The mower shut off several times during the mowing process. I had to keep restarting it. It got clogged with grass, even though my grass wasn’t really that long cause I don’t keep it long to begin with, but I did get the job done. I just wish it was made better kinda feels cheaply made for the price. I guess you would expect that and I only did a very small section in my yard with this mower and the battery died pretty much within 15 minutes and I had them both fully charged and ready to go. I don’t think I would recommend this product. I would recommend the ego has the best reviews overall it’s a more money, of course, but you get what you pay for a cheap tool isn’t expensive tool because you have to keep replacing it.

Review: Update: after writing this review (below), Litheli responded almost immediately and walked me through the problem. They indicated that their manual will be updated. We have been using the mower about one month now and it performs really well. I updated my rating based on Litheli’s quick response and the mower’s performance.—————————–It is likely most people will want to use this mower with the grass catcher. As delivered, the grass catcher will not work because there is an installed “mulcher plug” that prevents grass from reaching the catcher. While the “mulcher plug” is listed in parts, there is no indication of where it is, how to remove it or how to install it. I eventually found the plug but was unable to easily remove the plug for fear of breaking it.A sloppy manual! Needs revision to include this critical part.

Review: Je debute ma troisième saison avec elle et elle fonctionne toujours aussi bien.Compacte et légère elle est facile à manier dans les endroits où il faut souvent contourner des arbres, jeux exterieurs et autres.Son sac est facile à utiliser et est juste de la bonne grandeur pour transvider son contenu dans les sacs pour residus verts en papier. La poignée du sac est aussi très utile.La batterie dure assez longtemps pour me permettre de faire l’avant et l’arrière sur une seule charge. C’est uniquement losque la pelouse est trop longue que je dois recharger avant d’avoir fini.Je l’aime tellement que je me suis procuré le taille bordure cette année !Vraiment contente de mon achat. Sortir la tondeuse n’est plus une corvée !

Review: First opportunity we’ve had to really try out this mower. It’s lightweight, easy to use, BUT the 30-35 minute run time on fully charged batteries is pretty pathetic. Good thing we kept our other mower to finish up. It’s not like we were plowing through 6-8 inch grass either. In fact our front yard lawn is quite sparse. I think 2 stars is a bit much but there is no 1/2 stars. UPDATE: I’M UPDATING THE RATING FROM 2 STARS TO 4 STARS. NOT BECAUSE THE MOWER IS ANY BETTER THAN WHAT i STATED, BUT BECAUSE OF THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
