Review: Didn’t even know this set existed until a month ago. I’ve always thought the ISS was really cool so when I stumbled across this set I immediately bought it. about 3 years ago I bought the Megabloks Starship Enterprise set which is an absolute Monster and took me a week to build, and this was the first set I had built since then.I spent about 1 and 1/2 hours on it an evening over a couple of days, the build is actually a lot easier than it looks, as you build dozens of little sub assemblies, 1 at a time, each one not being more than 5 or 6 steps. The set is broken up into numbered bags (6 of them), and the instructions clearly let you know when you’ve finished a bag and it’s time to open up the next one, which further simplifies the building process and also cuts down on pieces laying around/hunting for parts.It’s a fairly large set when done and fairly “spindley” (as is the real ISS), this is more a display piece than a toy for children, as many of the smaller modules and antenna/dishes are quite delicate and will come off easily. It does have movable solar arrays and a semi articulate Canada Arm, along with a docking collar that can dock a couple of the Micro scale spacecraft that are included (Space-X Dragon Capsule, Boeing Starliner, Nasa Space Shuttle. Technically there is a forth, The Russian Soyuz Capsule that is on the rear, docked as an emergency escape capsule). Every bit of decoration is printed on the pieces themselves so no stickers are required. Overall a great set and a quality looking piece.My only gripe, and it is minor, is the micro scale spacecraft included are too small in relation to the station itself. The included shuttle should be twice the size in order to scale properly with the station. Regardless, it still looks great and I’m glad to have it. My wallets not thrilled though because I just ordered the Saturn V set, the Lunar Lander set, and the Women of NASA set. Hopefully they will do another large scale shuttle soon because the price on the last one is now “out of this world” (dad joke).

Review: I bought this for myself. Overall it was a great experience. This was my third Lego set, and largest piece count at the time.In the box is the manual and several bags like you would expect with lego models bigger than small. Inside one of the bags was the Lego removal tool.The instructions are clear as always. This one had no misprints.Overall it took several hours to build, though I split the work up over a few days. It was not a tedious build.It is quite sturdy when I am holding the model without the base, and I’m able to rotate not only the solar panels, but the entire array on both sides as well. I’m confident that it will hold itself together without the need for glue (for the time to disassemble)while I was writing this review I accidentally dropped it, so now I get to spend more time with it 😀

Review: Petit set de Lego vraiment sympa (864 pièces tout de même) auquel j’ai pris énormément de plaisir à monter (en 1h30), Lego a voulu, comme avec la fusée, être fidèle au détail.Vraiment agréable à monter tout de même, et étant un passionné d’astronomie, je ne pouvais passer à côté de ce set Lego que je recommande vivement.

Review: Very nice lego set, the instructions do need some polishing but it’s very sturdy, compared to other sets. A bit pricy for some but for me it was worth the money. Overall I would recommend this set be gifted to a 12 year old, definitely not 16+ Cool set to display.
