Review: So far, I am loving this lock and handle situation. Just finished installing today, so only day one. Downloaded app to my and husbands phone. The only thing I don’t have functioning properly is the fingerprint situation, which is the least of my needs. I love the keypad and the app and the exterior handle is beautiful.

Title: Unable to unlock remotely from app
Review: customer service is terrible and your locks do not do what they say they do. I can’t unlock them remotely (away from the house) from the app and the app does not allow me to delete expired temporary codes remotely. Useless for short term rental management of access. My return window has expired and I would like to return all of the locks I purchased. If I can’t return for a refund, I’m just going to replace them with a much more reliable brand and throw these in the trash
